In one video Boutte sings the to the rap lyric 'I'm 'bout to cut it', from an OT Genasis rap song, before slicing into one of her patients.
This stupid clown has no business being a doctor. It would be more appropriate for her to earn a living where idiot clowns are expected--like Congress.
