I first read about this many years ago--it is very strange. Other investigators--whether police, FBI, or journalists--need to investigate it. Is there really a gang of serial murderers on the loose or is it just chance. First someone should find out just how common are smiley faces on public structures. And second, just how often do fit young men fall in rivers--if this is common then there should also be many cases where the men survived. It seems unlikely that fit young men fall unless they were extremely drunk--in which case how did one man climb the fence--drugged, or murdered. The fact that it is young men who are targeted makes one suspect the perps are homosexuals. If there really is such a gang, perhaps they are sons of powerful men who are protecting them from FBI or other investigations. One thing we have learned is that some people are too big to fail--witness how people like the Clintons are never held to account for their crimes.
