I know what you’re going to say. Lindsey Graham (Chameleon-SC) drives me nuts, too. But I have heard this man talk about the law before, and he is a brilliant mind when it comes not just to the letter but the pursuit [correction: spirit] of the law.
Back in 2009, Criminal General Eric Holder (ZANU PF) testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on how to legally treat unlawful enemy combatants captured on the field of battle. Although CG Holder knew exactly what the topic was, had sufficient time to prepare himself, and Graham did not spring any trick or surprise questions on him, Holder exposed himself as a moron with no respect for, or knowledge of the laws in question.
Graham, who at the time was still a reserve Army officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps sounded like he had the makings of a great law professor. (Maybe he was one.)
I could listen to Lindsey Graham all day long if he wants to keep talking like this... pic.twitter.com/KZnhcQ1lQ6

Just about anybody could make a fool outta Eric Holder.
ReplyDeleteThe "Avanetti Inquirer" is open for business:
ReplyDeletehttps://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-09-26/avenatti-details-alleged-kavanaugh-gang-rape-scheme-involving-spiked-punch
As many commenters noted, this girl went to multiple parties "where gang rapes were being done on a regular basis."
She knew this (according to her)and she STILL went back for more.
If that's true (and I doubt if any of this is),she didn't call the police back then--there is no reason to give this one second of attention.
Not to say "gang rapes" are not happening on college campuses.Usually black athletes are supplied white girls as a bribe to sign up with a university. That however,is prostitution--not rape.

"Negro Nightly News" reports another accusation--in 1998,Kavanaugh supposedly pushed a woman against a wall in a sexual manner.Kacie Hunt (KHunt, pronounced cah-hunt,for short)says her sources indicate,"If there's just one more report of aggregious behavior before the hearing tomorrow, the nomination may get derailed."
ReplyDeleteThat's should be an easy one for Allred and company.
Flake already made his speech of opposition.Analysts afterwards said they thought Flake would STILL vote for Kavanaugh, but the overall votes in favor of the nominee may be disappearing.

ReplyDeleteAll these headlines of former college girls crying and moaning about the horrors of campus rape....When I was in college I remember quite well how girls acted at college parties, I recall hanging around some girls before they went to the parties and listened to them talk about what went on and what could happen, if you think that sexually charged dangerous atmosphere didn't excite them to some degree, you're kidding yourself, that's what they were looking for, excitement and sexual energy, just like most young people, anybody who experienced that scene knows what I'm talking about, feminists will never admit it but it's true.
On Shannnon Bream's show,Ed Henry broke a story about the "other man" theory, saying Sen.Grassley twice interviewed a man who claimed HE was the culprit in the Ford "attack".
ReplyDeleteHenry said,"He gave details that seemed plausible."
Grassley may introduce this as evidence tomorrow.
Of course the Dem spokesman, they talked to afterwards, said the same thing Repubs were saying about FORD'S claims--"unsubstantiated,don't believe this."
Aha!Whats good for the goose...
