The Racist Left: There is No Such Thing as IQ! Except, that is, When We Want to Save a Colored, Cut-Throat, Murderer’s Hide… at White, Net Taxpayers’ Expense, Natch

Yeah, but is it good enough for Harvard?

The perp, after all, is Hispanic.

Race trumps intelligence, when it comes to the Admissions Office of Harvard.

At the AJC.

The Democrats and Republicans both brought these stone aged types into the country not in spite of them having low IQs, but because of it.

For the Democrats, it was a bonus that they had non-existent VQs (virtue quotients). And then they turn around and say, “You can’t mete out justice to them, because they have low IQs.”

Either we mete out justice to the Juan Rosarios, or to their evil benefactors, but someone has to die.

Crimeline reward up to $19K in elderly Orange County woman's death
Elena Ortega, 83, found dead in her burning home

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - Nearly a month after an elderly woman's body was discovered inside her burning home, detectives hope a new clue may help catch the killers.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office has increased the Crimeline reward to $19,000 for information.

Elena Ortega, 83, was found with gruesome injuries before detectives think her attackers set fire to her home to cover up the crime.

Neighbors all knew Ortega, liked her and could not imagine who would hurt her.

But detectives now believe someone targeted Ortega, knowing she lived alone at her home on Turnbull Drive, and that her health was on the decline.

"Everybody loved my mom," said Elena Wilson, Ortega's daughter.
"September 18th was the worst day of my life. She was taken away from me by evil."

When authorities found Ortega's body, they also learned that her jewelry was gone, including a unique bracelet from Spain.

Wilson said other jewelry was also missing; including pearl earrings, an 18 carat gold chain and the grandmother's 67-year-old wedding band.

"After she worked so hard in this country to have something, somebody just came and got it. That is not fair," said Ortega. "I hope, one day, that that pain that I have right now in my heart, it will ease a little bit by justice and by catching these people."

Deputies said anonymous tips help [sic] them find two persons of interest, who were arrested on other, unrelated charges, but deputies have not charged them in connection to Ortega's death.

Attorneys say convicted killer's IQ too low to be executed

“A jury in May 2017 convicted Juan Rosario of beating Elena Ortega, 83, and burning her alive in her home in 2013. Jurors unanimously decided that he should be sentenced to death.

“Rosario's lawyers have spent almost a year trying to build up enough evidence to convince Circuit Judge Leticia Marques that he doesn't doesn't deserve to die. They'll make their case during a hearing scheduled for May.

“‘There's too much work that needs to be done, and we need to have additional experts appointed," attorney Ted Marrero said.

Marrero on Friday asked Marques for a six-month extension because he said he recently learned that Rosario has an IQ of 72.

[Liar. I’m sure Ted Marrero had the IQ card in his back pocket, all along. Marrero may have recently had Rosario tested, to determine what, exactly, his low IQ was, or to fudge the whole matter, with the help of a friendly “expert.” Besides which, Rosario’s shysters had much longer than a year to come up with this defense; he’d been in custody for years.]

“‘Tell them they need to soldier on and be ready,’ state attorney Brad King said. ‘And at the same time, tell them that we need our witness list by 5 o'clock today.’

“Prosecutors said one year was more than enough time for attorneys to figure out that Rosario might meet the legal definition of mental retardation.

“‘At some point, there has to be order,’ King said. ‘And the law has to apply to these cases, just like every other case.’”

[Note that in 2012-2013, WFTV operatives killed themselves trying to railroad Trayvon Martin’s victim, George Zimmerman, for his refusal to die at Martin’s hands.]

  1. The victim probably Cuban, Castilian Spanish. And as to the immigration status of the offender? He is of what nationality? Egregious offenses of this type, the display of barbarity and done against a senior citizen and a woman cause for the death penalty of be applied. This is exactly the case the death penalty is in place for.
