Is the Chicago PD a Support Service for Armed Robbers?

“Aaron Goldstein, Democratic candidate for Illinois attorney general, speaks Jan. 8, 2018 during a forum at First Unitarian Church of Chicago in Hyde Park”

“Police described the three suspects as between 20 and 24 years old. They did not release a detailed description of the suspects.”
Either the Chicago Tribune is lying, or the Chicago PD is a criminal organization that should be prosecuted and disbanded. Refusing to share the descriptions of armed robbery suspects is aiding and abetting them.

And it’s all in vain. Because the CPD (or the Chicago Tribune) is protecting the armed robbers, we know who they are.

As Chicago Tribune reader, scrappy koala, put it in 2011, when Trib Editor Gerould W. Kern declared war on the daily’s readers, after they complained about Kern covering up racist black-on-white crime in Chicago’s poshest areas,

I've said it before and I'll say it again that you are right. Race doesn not matter and you dont need to tell us what race it is because we already know. Especially when you dont tell us. If this was White on Black crime there is no doubts on anyones mind that all of a sudden race would matter and you would report it but if its black criminals you wont say race which actually tells us the race. When ever a news site wont say the race I instantly know which race. This works pretty much 100% of the time without fail.

A candidate running for Illinois attorney general was robbed at gunpoint while he was taking promotional photos for his campaign Thursday afternoon in the Northwest Side ward where he’s also the Democratic committeeman, according to his campaign manager and authorities.

Aaron Goldstein, 42, and several members of his campaign team were in the middle of taking publicity shots when the robbery happened, according to Goldstein’s campaign manager.

The robbery took place about 3:25 p.m. in the 4600 block of North Albany Avenue in Albany Park, when three men in their early 20s approached them, according to a law-enforcement source.

One of the men flashed a handgun and demanded the camera equipment and other personal belongings from the team, according to police.

The gunman and two other men robbed Goldstein and four others of camera equipment and their cellphones before they ran away, the law enforcement source said. As of Thursday evening, no one was in custody, police said.

Police described the three suspects as between 20 and 24 years old. They did not release a detailed description of the suspects.

Campaign manager Robert Murphy, who was not with the team during the incident, said Goldstein, Democratic ward committeeman for the 33rd Ward and a resident of Albany Park, was taking promotional images for the campaign with an “in-the-neighborhood kind of” message.

Goldstein and the others weren’t harmed in the robbery, and they were later assured by police that the robbery wasn’t a targeted act, Murphy said.

“So, as far as the campaign, we are moving forward,” Murphy said. “Basically, this was a totally a random act of violence in the community. But when it happens to you, of course, you’re shooken up.

“He says he’s fine, and he was concerned about everyone else instead of how he is – but that’s just how he is.”

Goldstein is one in a field of eight candidates who are running in the Democratic primary for attorney general after Lisa Madigan announced she wouldn’t run for reelection. Goldstein, a supervising attorney at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, unseated longtime incumbent and former Ald. Dick Mell to become the 33rd Ward Democratic committeeman in 2016.

  1. Amazing,in this world of cellphone cameras, where video is taken of every tedious event of life, all the way up to violent crimes, that nothing is available from SOMEONE'S smartphone on this incident.
On another related subject, whites need to get their energy level up and demand certain things from their police and media. They serve US!!!We pay most of the taxes that finance the police department. We need a NAAWP,to represent us with complaints of this type as they come up.That is the main thing that's missing for white Americans, with every inequity that occurs against us.There is no organization by whites as a group to go to a police chief or media outlet and tell them that what they're doing is not fair to whites. We're all white INDIVIDUALS,fighting the fight--which is a losing proposition.A national and local chapter of a National Association of White People is a must for whites--as a group-- to have a chance in these pro-minority times.Soon,WE will be a minority group ourselves--why wait that long to organize and fight for what we need to survive? The blacks and Mex have groups to look out for them--why not us?

Exactly. 100 % correct. When they don't tell us they tell us.
