BART Bosses: We Refuse to Release Videos of Racist, Black Mugger Gangs Roaming the Trains, Because We Don’t Want You to Think Badly of Racist, Black Muggers, and Because We Love Them and Hate Their White and Asian Victims! Seriously: BART Police Chief Carlos Rojas and Assistant General Manager of External Affairs Kerry Hamill Have Conspired to Obstruct Justice

What BART Police Chief Carlos Rojas and Assistant General Manager of External Affairs Kerry Hamill are doing is a crime, but it’s California. However, a class action civil suit is a possibility. Of course, the same people who pay for BART would have to pay the legal costs, but the pressure and humiliation might force Rojas and Hamill out.

BART officials under fire for withholding crime surveillance videos to avoid racial stereotypes

Officials from BART, the public metro system serving California's San Francisco Bay area, have come under fire for their refusal to release crime surveillance videos, claiming such tapes will promote stereotypes and "stir up racial animosity."

[It is the black muggers who are guilty of “racist animosity.” The BART officials, particularly Kerry Hamill, are blaming the victims.]

A BART official defended the agency's decision on Monday by saying information about criminal misconduct will be withheld at this time because of the media's "disproportionate elevation" of crimes that "unfairly affect and characterize riders of color," the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

[Liars. The crimes “unfairly affect” white and Asian riders. They “characterize” black criminals, and do so quite fairly.]

The decision, however, has been roundly criticized by at last [sic] two BART board members who are calling for greater transparency on how crimes are reported within the system.

Since the cameras were installed in April, a string of cell phone robberies have been reported on board the metro, according to local news outlets.

"Passengers depart from a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train at the Rockridge station in Oakland, California February 12, 2015. Tens of thousands of commuters on San Francisco's Bay Area Rapid Transit system may have been exposed to measles after an infectious Bay Area resident rode a train to and from work for three days last week, public health officials said on Wednesday.

On April 22, 40 to 60 youths [!] boarded a train at the Coliseum stop and robbed seven passengers, assaulting two, according to local station KCBS-TV. On June 28, a group of four teens [!] assaulted a passenger and made off with another cell phone.

Until early June, the agency was issuing daily reports on police calls at BART, providing a narrative description of the report and the department’s response to anyone who signed up to receive those emails, The Mercury News reported. But that procedure changed when BART Police Chief Carlos Rojas assumed control of the department in late May, according to the newspaper.

The agency then began using a free online tool – called CrimeMapping.com – which offers real-time information about calls coming to the department, a BART spokesman told the newspaper. That tool allows users to view reports of crime, but does not offer many details about what happened during any particular incident, or provide an alert for riders using the trains at the time, according to the paper.

But BART board director Deborah Allen is pressing the agency to release more about the crimes to the public -- including videos of the recent robberies, telling The Mercury News: "People need to be aware of what’s happening on the trains."

In an email to BART’s board last week, Kerry Hamill, the assistant general manager of external affairs, warned that releasing such footage would increase racial tensions and present the agency as racially biased, reported the paper, which obtained a copy of the email.

[How can the truth be “racially biased”?]

For instance, Hamill said the social media reaction to the April robbery at the Coliseum was "startling in the level of racial profiling it prompted."

"The general manager got a call about the incident on her voicemail that used racist and incendiary language that made my mouth drop,” Hamill wrote, according to the paper. “Many posts used patently offensive language that often involved racial slurs (no news articles ever referenced the race of the offenders yet some members of the public leapt [sic] to their own conclusions)."

[Nobody “leapt” to any conclusions. Hamill had herself confessed that the perps were black, and even if she hadn’t, her actions and those of the media left no doubt that they were. Are we supposed to believe the perps were white? If they had been, there would have been no conspiracy. Instead, the whole world would have been informed.

Aside from that, why would some people’s intemperate response to vicious, violent crimes be justification for condemning the responses, conspiring to obstruct justice, and defending vicious felons? Blacks routinely respond to anything and everything with racial slurs, yet powerful whites and the MSM never defend white criminals, with the excuse that blacks were intemperate. Hamill exhibits the sort of stupidity, dishonesty, hypocrisy and racism that requires a great deal of overpriced education, sheltering from black racism, and bad character on top of them, in order for one to think that one is acting in a morally upright fashion.]

But both Allen and BART Director Joel Keller, who heads the board’s Operations, Safety and Workforce Committee, do not agree with BART's reasoning for withholding important public safety information.

In an email to Hamill, Allen wrote: "I don’t understand what role the color of one’s skin plays in this issue [of whether to divulge information]. Can you explain?'" KCBS-TV reported.

Allen told the station: "This is BART, people are sort of trapped in this train for awhile and they have a right to see what could potentially happen." [“Awhile” is illiterate, but it’s KCBS’ and/or Fox’ staff’s illiteracy, not Allen’s, since she was speaking.]

  2. I'll ask the same question I posted on the story below:Are blacks being excused from their violent behavior because liberals think of them as "dumb, stupid animals"?Animals who can't be held responsible for their actions? Why else would this constant push to relax prison sentences, cut arrests and cover up black crime, continue to grow?
If that's the thought, the solution being used, should be extended to further idiocy:Let's release zoo animals into our cities as well.Similar results will occur.
If that's not the theory of liberals, then what IS?Coddle the blacks so they'll vote for you? Here's breaking news:Blacks only vote for blacks--see Hillary Clinton 2016--so white liberals, you better wise up before you wind up an extinct species--speaking of(dumb) animals.

The first black editor for the Oregonian used the same reasoning for omitting references to race and crime. It "reinforced" stereotypes to include race descriptors for criminals. There is a contradiction here. First off, here is the Miriam Webster definition of Stereotype's common usage today:

"Stereotype is most frequently now employed to refer to an often unfair and untrue belief that many people have about all people or things with a particular characteristic."

There's a problem here, how is visual evidence untrue or inaccurate? It's simply a visual record of what happened. Are they suggesting the videos are being doctored to white criminals are being omitted? We know what's going on, it's censorship, pure and simple, all designed to hide racist negro violence.

  4. "an often unfair and untrue belief "

Japanese-Americans, Chinese-Americans and Indian-Americans get educated, work hard, prosper. That is a stereotype that not unfair or untrue.

Stereotypes are not all bad of themselves.

To an extent this is probably so. They are merely acting according to their true and basic nature and cannot be changed. Perhaps it might even be thought it would be wrong to change them.
