I thought it might be a gas explosion, but Gerard Perry points out that the FBI and DHS are on the scene. That could just be an abundance of caution, but reports from NYPD Counter-Terrorism have come in that the Chelsea explosion was in a dumpster, and that a second IED has been found.

The pipe bomb this morning in New Jersey was in a garbage can.
