Pat Buchanan did not say "Communist," I did.

Of course, Pat is assuming that the John Doe calling himself “Barack Hussein Obama” is a “lame-duck president,” something I do not assume. Then again, if John Doe is not a lame-duck president, then any discussion about the future of the U.S. Supreme Court is moot.
