Law enforcement and criminal justice officials believe that Quinton Tellis burned Jessica Chambers alive on December 6, 2014 (she succumbed to her wounds at 2:37 a.m., on December 7), and stabbed Meing-Chen Hsiao to death in late July, 2015

“The Jessica Chambers Murder: Mississippi Authorities Have a Suspect!”]

If judges had not repeatedly ignored Quinton Tellis’ sentences and released him from prison years early, Jessica Chambers, 19, of Courtland, and Meing-Chen Hsiao, 34, of Taiwan, would likely still be alive today.

A Panola County native suspected in another homicide has been indicted in the Dec. 2014 burning death of Courtland teen Jessica Chambers.
Quinton Tellis, 27, originally of Courtland, was indicted on capital murder charges by a special grand jury in Panola County as he sat in the Ouachita Parish Jail in Monroe, Louisiana, where he is being held on charges connected to the August 2015 death of a University of Louisiana Monroe exchange student.
Tellis is believed to have been the last person to have been with Chambers the night she was killed. The two allegedly had a relationship in the weeks leading up to her death, officials said.

While the [sic] Chambers and Tellis were eight years apart in age, they both went to South Panola High School and both grew up in the same neighborhood.
Further details of their relationship were not public prior to the Wednesday press conference.
Tellis was living in Monroe with new wife when he was arrested by Monroe Police Department and charged with crimes connected to the stabbing death of Meing-Chen Hsiao, 34, of Taiwan. Local media reports say she had been missing for more than a week when her body was found August 8, 2015, stabbed to death in her apartment.
Police said Hsiao's homicide appeared to be very personal.
[That’s racial code that law enforcement and experts always use to confuse whites, when a black commits a horrific murder against a white (or in this case, Asian), e.g., the Bethesda Lululemon Athletica Murder, in which Brittany Norwood committed a heinous murder of Jayna Murray, bludgeoning and stabbing Murray over 320 times with different weapons. However, there was nothing personal to the murder. That’s simply the sort of savagery that comes natural to many racist black killers.]
Tellis has not been charged with her murder, but according to jail records, he has been charged with three counts of unauthorized use of an access card and one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
The police report says Tellis allegedly used a Chase Bank debit card belonging to Hsiao on August 7 at around 11 p.m. On that transaction, he charged $.07 [?]. When it was used again on August 18, it was allegedly used at 10:35 p.m. for $500 and again at 3:04 a.m. for another $500. Police said there were ATM surveillance photos of Tellis using the card, and after being Mirandized, he allegedly admitted to using the debit card on all three occasions.
A search warrant was served on his house and authorities found 1/4 pound of marijuana in a bedroom. The report says the drugs were packaged for sale.
According to Tellis' Facebook page, he married his fiancee on or around Aug. 8, on or around the day Hsiao's body was found.
Tellis has served time for residential burglary and fleeing law enforcement charges Panola County.
MDOC records show Tellis was sentenced on in January 2010 for residential burglary and fleeing a law enforcement officer. He received five years to serve for the burglary conviction and five years of probation for the other crime. He was released on probation in August of that year, and his probation was subsequently revoked. He was sentenced again in December 2011 for residential burglary and received four years to serve.
Tellis was also sentenced in February 2012 for residential burglary and received three years to serve and five years probation. He was released on probation again in October 2014 and subsequently absconded supervision in August 2015.
In May of 2011, Tellis had a case for simple assault and domestic violence-simple dismissed after the affiants Laketer Harrell and Mary Evans failed to appear to prosecute. He had pleaded not guilty to charges of disturbance of a family, records show.
Later that summer, in July, Tellis was referred to the grand jury for burglary and grand larceny.
While Tellis was incarcerated, MDOC records show various violations, including refusing to work, and staff said he made threatening statements toward them in 2014.
He also received three rules violations while housed at Walnut Grove Correctional Facility: Being in a restricted or unauthorized area, disruptive behavior or disorderly conduct; and abusive, disrespectful language.
When he was booked in January 2012 after his probation was revoked, he was caught with two cellphone chargers in June 2013 while housed at Holmes County Correctional Facility.
In September 2013 Tellis was caught with a Green Dot number while housed at Parchman.
These are sad stories.Of course the Chinese woman had no choice in meeting the person who would be the cause of her death.Jessica Chambers did.I ll repeat to any white woman who might peruse this site and are thinking about trying an experimental fling with a black guy:Don t do it.They hate white women and will kill you. They hate the fact you are white. They want to have sex with you and kill you. That s all they want to do.If he is an ex-con...triple the chances.A waste of life.

There's a lot that can be said, but just a few observations at the moment. We forget how close the Knoxville Horror came to being unsolved (or dragged out a long time). The KH was broken through one fingerprint on an envelope in Channon Christian's Toyota 4Runner. An AFIS search turned up one Lemaricus Davidson.
ReplyDeleteWithout the print, Chris Newsom's burned body (which made a DNA ID impossible) and the auto was all there was and no connection to the perps. Prosecutor Leland Price told the jury Davidson intended to come back to his house and remove Channon's body, either hide it (or burn it).
It looks like burning a body is a strategy of black perps of this type.
And the suspect in the Jessica Chambers murder has a similar rap sheet to Davidson. Indeed, he was treated even more leniently.
Our friend Walt Lewis is shown to be right again, sentences are much less than the MSM claims.
Of course all the leniency for career thugs like this gets its mojo from the top (Obama,Holder,Lynch). They influence everything going on right now from blacks protesting mayors and police and college presidents to the feeling that blacks seem to think they can do whatever they want without having to pay the price .The anti-prison executive office and cabinet stress the need for decriminalization of many crimes and early releases for many blacks. To do what?Going right back into the drug dealing and gangbanging .Federal lawsuits against cities like Ferguson DO NOT improve a city that needs more law and less disorder.Clinton would continue all this no doubt.I m hoping for Trump --I m hoping that Clinton gets indicted.I m hoping white people can get someone in office to look out for us.We deserve it.
ReplyDeleteThis guy fits the technical definition of a serial killer. I'll put his name on the list. Can't help but wonder if there are other victims out there. Jerry pdx
ReplyDeleteLearning that Chambers was "having a relationship" with this African eliminates all sympathy I had for her case. When you lie with dogs, you will get fleas. Any white woman who could bed that primitive had to have been severely defective and we are frankly just lucky she didn't leave us any mulatto children that would be tax subsidized until they get caught victimizing innocents and then shot for resisting arrest. There is no shortage of innocent white women and children savagely beaten, raped, and murdered by Africans - I refuse to waste an instant being concerned for those who invite it upon themselves (the only tragedy is they invite it upon their innocent family and friends).
ReplyDeleteChambers met the exact fate she craved. Her only value is to illustrate for others the nearly inevitable result of defiling your heritage and consorting with cannibal savages.
This talk about black guys wanting to kill white women is crazy! You are always going to have crimes like this. They reflect on just that person alone. Black people are trying to blame whites for everything. Whites blame blacks and hispanics. It is all wrong! Personal responsibility! Look at what you are doling, correct what you can. Some things are out of everyone's control. Don't focus on those things you can't control. Be the person you can and take responsibility!
ReplyDeleteThere s a mass psychology at work with blacks. The unspoken truth is...blacks want to be white--can t be white-try to be with white women to simulate whiteness--hate the white woman anyways because the black looks in the mirror and they still are black....and violent and resentful...and not satisfied with bringing the white woman down to his level. The rage increases and they kill.Blacks have to accept who they are...stick with black women. It s called life.
ReplyDeleteMy sympathies to the families of these two women. The person who is ranting that Jessica deserved murder because she was perhaps dating a black male is out of line. Jessica is not here to defend herself. And no one deserves to have their life ended in this manner.
ReplyDeleteI m not the one that said that, but she died because of her lifestyle--black drug dealers are not guys you want to date--unless you want an increased risk of dying.

ReplyDeleteHLN is showing a special on the Jessica Chambers murder Sunday night at 8 pm ET.
The bitter fact that the rampaging, murdering Killer Ape still lives and breathes is an indictment of The USA Police & Crime Industry.
ReplyDeleteIn even a slightly more perfect political/cultural context, that sub-human Beast of The Field would have been righteously killed a long time ago, as a Clear and Present Danger to whatever remains of Civilization.
