The problem here is that the former Oberlin classmate whom Dunham had libeled only sued her to recover his legal fees. He apparently allowed himself to be pressured by feminazi Dunham supporters who argued that he should give any money he was awarded to rape hoax activists. If Dunham’s victim had forced her to pay millions in damages, she wouldn’t have dared to re-start her rape hoax.
However, now that she has, he is free to sue her all over again.
