BALTIMORE, Md. — A judge has ruled that statements made to investigators by at least one Baltimore police officer charged in Freddie Gray’s death will be admissible at trial.

Six officers face assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct charges.

Sgt. Alicia White made statements which will be allowed in court.

Freddie Gray died from a spinal injury while in custody in April.

An officer accused of failing to provide or request medical care for Gray will stand trial next month.

The rest of the trials are scheduled for early next year.

All six officers have pleaded not guilty.
