    And why is it all these famous universities and colleges are quite often surrounded by a "ghetto". Yale, Columbia, Chicago, John Hopkins, etc.

    Blacks must have an inordinate interest in higher education.

    ANON at 5:40: Most of these schools have been there for over a century. The neighborhood changes over time. It is not easy or cheap to move a university.
