N.S.: One of John Wayne’s sons used to complain—accurately, too—that movie critics didn’t review his father’s movies, they reviewed his politics. In other words, they were corrupt socialist and communist hacks.
Today, the corruption is worse. Chris Kyle, the greatest American military hero of his generation, who was murdered, along with his friend, Chad Littlefield, also a veteran, by Eddie Ray Routh, 25, a Marine they were trying to help, is an object of leftwing hate not for his politics, but simply for who he was—a sexually normal, white man military hero.
