It’s no wonder so many people hate Jason Richwine. He’s America’s most brilliant young quantitative-oriented social scientist, but as this speech, which I attended shows, he’s equally adept at hitting soft targets. Hey, Richwine, stay on your own darned side of the street!

Jason Richwine discusses the relationship between immigration and culture. While the connection is not generally discussed, it is a key component of immigration.
Richwine discusses immigrant waves and their nationality, as well of the success of immigrant nationalities in achieving economic parity with mainstream America. He observes that different groups assimilate to different degrees.
This presentation was given at the 2012 Social Contract Writers Workshop in Washington, DC.
