    12Those are two groups of very volatile and dangerous persons. Richard F. Burton described the Somali as that most tempestuous of people.

    Those two groups also for the most part unable to get along with anyone.

    Big chips on the shoulder of both of them and it shows.

    Wrong also to mix different groups in the same place. Makes for a difficult situation and everyone knows it even if they don't like to admit it.
