NOT just merely a fist fight. A piece of pipe was used. That constitutes the possible use of lethal force.
ReplyDeleteAnd I might assume a defense attorney during a civil suit trial might actually be able to use this incident as an indication that the entire Brown fambly is pre-disposed and habitually accustomed to using force to settle disputes. They are dangerous folks.
