At Dallas Apartment Building Where Ebola Carrier Thomas Eric Duncan Stayed, CDC Declares 10 Residents High-Risk, 40 Low-Risk; Duncan’s Relative, Liberian Louise Troh, Demands CDC Hop-to, and Serve Her Family Faster!
“America's first Ebola victim Thomas Duncan, 42, may have had contact with around 100 people before being quarantined over the deadly virus at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital on Sunday.” The Daily Mail caption makes it seem as though Duncan were an American. He is neither a citizen nor a resident, but rather an illegal alien, a criminal who lied his way into the country, knowing that he was carrying a plague, which has led my VDARE colleague Brenda Walker to dub him, "Ebola Thomas."
“An unidentified woman and a man leave the Dallas apartment where Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan stayed” The woman is probably Duncan’s demanding relative, Louise Troh. The man is either Troh’s nephew, Oliver Smallwood, 21, or the latter’s friend, Jeffrey Cole, age unknown.

N.S.: The Daily Mail story below has much valuable information, but scrambles together different versions, without benefit of a proper re-write. Thus, we learn at the beginning that the family has been moved to a luxury private house, while later in the story we read that they’re still stuck in the contaminated apartment.
At the Daily Mail.
I noticed this as well, how "relative" has same demanding attitude and reading btwn lines how Ebola Thomas left Liberia to come to US with every intention of over staying a tourist visa and engaging in a sham marriage to mother of his near adult child who says he had not seen his father, Ebola Thomas, his whole life. I would like to know legal status of everyone in this little Liberia there in Dallas and how much govt money they are all getting. Certainly, cost of Thomas' treatment is high and he's getting it free. Insane.
