    160Most of the combat arms are whitey from top to bottom.
    And the more dangerous the job is the more whitey it is.

    Those positions the minority in Congress to fill in the military academies for some time they are not filling. Deliberately so I might think. Telling those interested the U.S. military is not for the minority.
