This article caught my eye as a side story in MSN. It does not tell the race of the perp or the victims. However, there are some elements that are suggestive that the perp (kid) is black. We may never know for sure because he is "underage" so his identity won't be announced nor his picture shown in the mainstream news, if the news even bothers to follow up on this story that is, if he is black then it's less likely it will.
Reasons I suspect he is black:
1). Sexual crimes by school-aged children are more often than not black kids. That's the obvious one we all know, but I had to say it.
2). The sheer brazenness of the assaults – a kid luring other kids into the bathroom to assault them, not just once but multiple times.
Usually it's black kids that have that lack of fear of consequence.
3). The fact that the teachers and admin felt they needed to "prove" he was guilty by catching him in the "act." After all, if there were victims, there should have been witnesses and some physical evidence. Isn't that enough to at least confront a perp, and bring police in? That kind of paranoia of false accusation is usually an indication the suspect is black. If it was a white kid, an accumulation of evidence would be enough to take action, heck, just the suspicion of one act would have been enough. Only a black receives this kind of consideration.
4.) It's all being turned around to focus "blame" on the teachers and administrators for putting the child in danger of being sexually assaulted. Yes, they screwed up with their plan to catch the punk, but he would have continued with the assaults anyways, at least they tried to do something about it. I predict if this story gets any more attention, it will be all about how the teacher "caused" the sexual assault, as if the actual rapist doesn't even exist. We all know the media has a way of distracting away from black violence, especially sexually related crimes.
Now, if it turns out the perp isn't black, this may all seem like a big false accusation, but most of the time you see these elements it is a black perp. I'm going to keep poking around social media and alternate sources, and see if I can find something about this. Sometimes you can dig up some truth regarding these kinds of situations, sometimes you can't, but we'll see.
N.S.: I’ll add one more reason to suspect the perp is black:
5.) The weaselly wording of the article, in which the rapist had been “asking them for sex,” and “She alleged that he even had sex with one student, according to the brief.
“On January 22, the suspected predator approached the victim and asked her for sex, an offer which she had repeatedly refused.”
A boy “asking [girls] for sex” is not a criminal crisis. Indeed, the public schools give kids condoms, and encourage them to have promiscuous sex. It is only logical, then, for a boy to ask girls to have sex.
But school officials already considered him a “predator.” He could only reasonably have been considered a predator prior to the rape in question, if he had already raped, or attempted to rape at least one classmate.
As Jerry wrote (#3), if the boy were just a horny, would-be Casanova, school officials would not have jumped through hoops to catch him in an attempted rape.

A 14-year-old special needs student was allegedly raped after a teacher convinced her to act as bait in a bid to catch a school's sexual predator.
The girl was said to have become involved in the plan after faculty members at Sparkman Middle School in Toney, Alabama, received complaints that a boy had been luring classmates into bathrooms and asking them for sex.
Despite the constant allegations of sexual misconduct, he could not be punished because he had not been 'caught in the act'.
Therefore a teacher asked the young girl to meet him in the bathroom but would rush in before anything could happen, according to court documents.
A vice principal at Sparkman Middle School in Toney, Alabama, asked a girl to act as bait so they could catch a sexual predator in the act
The plan took a horrifying turn when the suspect asked the girl to meet him in a different bathroom - meaning no one came in to save her.
The girl had allegedly told the school's vice principal Jeanne Dunaway of the plan, but according to court documents, she didn't respond.
In the aftermath of the alleged rape in January 2010, when a lawsuit was filed against the school, one vice principal claimed that the girl was responsible for herself when she went into the bathroom.
Another, according to the documents, said that they 'weren't sure whether she consented' to the alleged assault.
About a week before the suspected attack vice principals Dunaway and Teresa Terrell received a complaint that the boy had touched a female student inappropriately and was assigned in-school suspension, according to federal

A few days later, June Simpson, a teacher's aide at the Huntsville-area school, told the principal, Ronnie Blair, that the boy had 'repeatedly tried to convince girls to have sex with him in the boys' bathroom on the special needs students' corridor'.
She alleged that he even had sex with one student, according to the brief.
On January 22, the suspected predator approached the victim and asked her for sex, an offer which she had repeatedly refused.
When the girl told Simpson, she encouraged the girl to 'meet (the boy) in the bathroom where teachers could be positioned to 'catch him in the act' before anything happened,' according to the brief.
The girl's attorney Eric Artrip said they had found 'substantial evidence' that his client had been forcibly raped
The girl initially refused, but then agreed, according to her attorney Eric Artrip.
Simpson and the girl went to Dunaway's office to explain the plan, but Dunaway allegedly 'did not respond with any advice or directive'.
The girl left Dunaway's office, found the boy in the hallway, and 'agreed to meet for sex,', the documents state.
But instead of meeting in the boys' bathroom on the special needs students' corridor, the boy told the girl to meet him in the sixth-grade boys' bathroom, in another part of the school.
This meant none of the staff could intervene and stop her from the alleged attack.
The girl's attorney Eric Artrip told CNN: 'We found substantial evidence of a forceful rape, and that's what happened here.
'The idea she consented to this and somehow allowed it to happen is incredible.'
In December a Federal Court threw out claims that the school district violated Title IX of federal law which dictates how schools must respond to allegations of sexual harassment.
The Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Education filed an amicus brief Wednesday supporting her family's federal lawsuit against the Madison County School Board in Alabama.
It states that using a child as 'rape bait' clearly violates Title IX'.
It adds: 'School administrators knew the student's extensive history of sexual and violent misconduct and were alerted to the substantial risk he posed.'
The school's faculty are appealing the state civil suits.
One of the vice principals has now been promoted to a principal at a nearby elementary school.
The teacher involved in setting up the plan has resigned.

We see this very thing in the Ray Rice Affair. It often seems as if NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is the villain rather than Rice. Whatever you might say about Goodell, he has tried to discipline misbehaving players, something his predecessor rarely if ever did.

2One of the vice-principals has now been promoted!!
ReplyDeleteIt used to be routine for the special needs girls to be sterilized when they reached the age of thirteen or fourteen.
ReplyDeleteGenerally speaking the colored kids are most sexually active at an earlier age than a whitey kid.
ReplyDeleteThe colored kid matures at an earlier age, matures more so and faster when they do. Just a fact.
27 % of colored girls can have babies when they are nine years old.
Its likely that the perp was black, but still I gotta say, the story does really catch one's attention for just how screwed up the schools have gotten under the liberal union juggernaut to the point of sheer incompetence that you have teachers who willingly put out innocent kids as bait, and on top of that demonstrate the sheer stupidity of not getting the bathroom right. Not only do they take it upon themselves to be cops, they demonstrate that they're Keystone cops.
ReplyDeleteLook at those ridiculous, stupid, 'beta' people -- all "educators" being paid fat salaries and waiting on fat pensions, all on the public dime. Disgusting.
