Can cameras really replace cops? Blue light cameras are popping up all across Chicago. You can't miss them. Sure they save the city money, but are they taking the place of officers? CBS 2 Chief Correspondent Jay Levine reports that we see them all over: flashing blue lights identifying cameras which see everything.
In Denver the police camera on Colfax Avenue that were supposed to fight crime are instead being used to give traffic tickets. The crip/bloods drug dealing continues. This has absolutely nothing to do with the Denver PD being on the take. Absolutely nothing?
