School districts place minority teachers in schools with large numbers of minority students because they supposedly understand their learning styles better, and serve as racial role models.
This is what minorities demanded!
As I always say, when it comes to minorities, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't [Black Psychology, Chapter 1.].
Whatever solution they propose today, tomorrow they'll declare was a “racist” conspiracy.
