    Michael was a local radio talk show host here until recently. His big thing is being super-moderate and having a blind spot about lawyers. Not surprised he would take this approach since its easy

    This is nothing new for Smerconish. He is among the most worthless of all the phony conservative commentators. He regularly tones down his rhetoric to curry favor with leftist media shills. God for bid if they think of him as one "bad" conservatives. He even bragged about voting for Obama.
