Murder victim Odin Lloyd has been identified as Aaron Hernandez' "friend," a designation which has proven extremely harmful to its bearers' health. In any event, Lloyd should be the focus of this story, not Hernandez. We should also be hearing a lot about Shaneah Jenkins.

I think the NFL needs to meet with the nations Prison systems and establish a work release program so some of these rich punks can have their fun commit murder or other crimes go to prison and still play on Sunday. The team and the fans would be happy to have the player for the season. While in prison if the player commits a crime on his work release such as another murder of serious crime it would be up to the NFL to punish him with a one or two game suspension.
I not serious but its a shame how many players are in trouble
The real truth is the drug policy in the NFL is a Joke this guy has smoked marijuana and did other drugs without getting caught. NFL players need to be tested every week during the year with someone watch them do the test.

Let's see, you were with the guy an hour or so before the time of death. You destroyed your phone and home security system so no video could be seen, and you had maids clean your house from top to bottom. You may not be guilty, but it ain't looking good.

Only a GUILTY person refuses to talk to the police until he has a lawyer. You sound like a criminal with the guilty mentality. If a man dies, and you have absolutely nothing at all to do with it,do you really think the police will be out to frame you? If you had nothing to do with it, wouldn't you want to assist in the investigation, especially if it is someone that you know?

I know everyone has their rights, but if he DIDN'T do it, yet he immediately hires a lawyer and doesn't cooperate with police then something is fishy. I'm not saying that he murdered the guy, but he murdered the guy.

"Hernandez had hired the All-State Mayhem guy as a maid. He's the one who smashed the security system and cell phone. So it's all circumstantial..."
And not so clever:
homerjay_s
"Technically, it's all circumstantial, anyway. If they don't have the smoking gun, so to speak, they don't have the evidence needed for a conviction. Especially since Hernandez was not the only one with him that night. He may or may not be the one that smashed the security system and phone. "
N.S.: You guys have watched too many court dramas. Circumstantial evidence--which includes forensics and DNA--is the most reliable kind. [And as for homerjay_s, what does what the issue as to whether he had accomplices have to do with the price of tea in China? The last time I heard such nonsense was form a racist black guy who asserted that O.J. Simpson had acted with an accomplice, and that under the law, a killer can't be convicted alone, unless all of his crime partners are also caught and convicted. I don't think such people are quite as stupid as they sound; dishonest is more like it.]
Report: Aaron
Hernandez "directly tied to
homicide"

With Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez reportedly connected to the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd in Massachusetts and with police serving him with a search warrant on Tuesday and investigating his home, a law enforcement official tells Fox 25 in Boston that "Hernandez appears to be directly tied to the homicide."
ABC News reports police are back at Hernandez's home Thursday with a search warrant, and they want the answer to a few questions, including the following:
· Why the home's security system (including video surveillance) was intentionally destroyed.
· Why Hernandez's cell phone was "in pieces" when his attorneys gave it to investigators.
· Why house cleaners were hired Monday to scrub the house.
So, what does this all mean?
"[Hernandez] has not been ruled out. We are not calling him a suspect, but he is definitely not in the clear," a police official close to the investigation told ABC News.
Meanwhile, the CBS affiliate in Boston reports that the Bristol County district attorney's office is looking for a silver mirror cover connected to the death and that it "is believed to have been broken off a vehicle."
A rental car that was rented in Hernandez's name reportedly has emerged as a key piece of evidence in this case.
Arrest imminent?Reports conflict on whether TE is about to be arrested
Hernandez reportedly has been uncooperative with police, hiring a lawyer and not talking to law enforcement officials at all. But after they searched his home on Tuesday, they removed a large box. Police returned to the home for another search on Wednesday, but nobody was home.
According to Fox 25, Hernandez and Lloyd were together at a bar on the night of Lloyd's death along with two other men. Fox 25 writes, "it is unclear where the car went or what happened during the ride [home], but according to the source only three men returned to Hernandez's home at the end of the night and Lloyd was not one of them."
Lloyd, shot in the head, later was found in a field close to Hernandez's home. Lloyd had reportedly been dating the sister of Hernandez's girlfriend.
In a statement released Wednesday, Hernandez's attorney, Michael Fee, said, "It has been widely reported in the media that the state police have searched the home of our client, Aaron Hernandez, as part of an ongoing investigation. Out of respect for that process, neither we nor Aaron will have any comment about the substance of that investigation until it has come to a conclusion."
As of Thursday morning, no arrests had been made in connection to the case, according to the Boston Globe. But at least one news helicopter trailed Hernandez on Thursday morning during his commute to Patriots headquarters.
As a Patriot fan, I would like to impart this true story.
ReplyDeleteI believe it was the 2011 season, Tom Brady finish the year with 39 touchdown passes. Tom would have had the big 40, forty TD passes, except for one Aaron Hernandez.
But wait, on this same, single play Hernando, as I like to call him, did not just blow a TD pass, but he cough up the pass for an interception.
It was the only "red zone" interception Tom has ever thrown at Gillett Stadium, home of the Patriots.
Therefore, Hernando cheated Tom out of a positive, 40 TDs, and instead dumped upon Tom a negative, his only RZ interception at GS.
So I see the coming justice to Hernando for what he did to Tom Brady, not for what he probably did to the Negro.
This is about where my mentality has come after living life these past near 59 years here in America.
Who was it that said, "Drop the bomb, and kill them all". Thanks.
The police have searched Hernandez's home again today (Saturday).

"Only a GUILTY person refuses to talk to the police until he has a lawyer. "
ReplyDeleteThat has to be one of the most asinine comments I have seen today. No one with a grain of sense will talk to a LEO at a crime scene or at the police station without the presence of counsel.
We need to speak truth to nigger.
ReplyDeleteWow! This guy and his girlfriend (not wife, so we have another minority bastard running around), are their own little rainbow coalition.
ReplyDeleteBut not for much longer.
Wonder how much time for the crime will this slime do?
People are crazy. Good life and u let this happen
