A wrong-way driver crashed into a car with four people on early Sunday near Love Field. All five people were taken to the hospital for injuries, according to the Dallas police report.
The driver was heading west in the eastbound lanes of Northwest Highway near Bachman Lake when he struck another car around 2:47 a.m. The police report does not identify the male driver, but says he was intoxicated and his car did not have license plates when the crash occurred.
[Dead drunk driver heading down the wrong lane, and no plates? Those are red flags. Must be one of those crazy, Swedish, Lutheran migrants from Minnesota again!]
The driver struck a car with four people. All four were taken to the hospital for injuries. One passenger had a broken right femur and dislocated hip. Another had a facial laceration. The two others had undetermined injuries.
The driver was also taken to the hospital with a broken neck.
