Four-Minute, Edited Version
Gov. Andrew Cuomo rules—not governs—a state that was already in fierce competition with Illinois for the dubious title of having the nation’s most unconstitutional gun laws—prior to Newtown. Cuomo used the Newtown massacre as a pretext to further violate the Second Amendment by making previously legal firearms illegal, and limiting all semiautomatic magazines to seven rounds which, since revolvers can shoot at most six rounds, is practically a backdoor ban on all semiautomatic weapons.
My 12-year-old son, the family munitions expert, said of Cuomo’s gun-grab, “No good guns for good men.”
He was alluding to the saying, “When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.”
I got the phrase, “high cap mag” from him.

Residents of Erie County, New York overflow the State's dictating /Q & A forum concerning the unconstitutional NY Safe Act arms bill. [N.S.: I think “dictating” means rigged.]
The passion and anger from the people is evidence of Erie County resistance.
After the first speaker spoke, the second one was introduced. A request from an audience member to recite the Pledge of Allegiance was ignored by the State. So the people took over and assertively recited it anyway.
The State attempted to have private interviews with the media which alienated the crowd further, who then demanded transparency. Then the State wanted the questions from the audience to be private, which riled folks even more.
[It sounds like state officials wanted to suppress hostile questions, so the public wouldn’t know how much resistance there was. New York City Schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott uses the same tactic, through Community Education Councils full of his paid stooges at his rigged, “public” meetings, in order to crush resistance to his racist schemes. They have everyone write down their questions on cards and then collect them. Then they say of the questions they don’t like, from parents of kids at a school they plan to destroy, by flooding it with “special ed” kids (read: racist, black psychopaths), “The questions from the parents of ………. students are personal, and can be dealt with individually after the meeting.” And since this is New York City, the parents went along with it. I didn’t, but then I had to hightail it out of there, before they could have me arrested.]
Questions asked by Western New Yorkers covered: non-compliance, penalties, jury nullification, 2nd Amendment profiling into domestic terrorists,
government tyranny, police, sheriff, and more.
Other topics, and especially on the people forming militias was missed due to full camera memory.
Welcome to blue-collar Buffalo.
A question and answer session on New York's new gun law turned testy, as gun owners unleash a fury of anger on the new legislation.
Frustration boiled over for people who feel as though they are law abiding citizens, being turned into criminals.
For many, it was a chance to vent anger at Albany.
One WNYer even said "You put a brown shirt on Mr. Cuomo and put him on television, he would look just like Hitler."
Another chimed in, "Angry people get together, they form militias, folks. This country, this WNY is prime for something like that!"
Western New York gun owners say they SAFE Act and its ban on assault weapons makes no sense.
One of the big concerns—who is footing the bill for making changes to guns that are now considered assault weapons. State officials told the crowd the gun owners are the ones responsible.
People in the crowd also had a lot of questions about the registration laws. One gun owner asked, "What is the penalty if you don't register it? 'Cause I guarantee there's a lot of people that aren't gonna."
At times, advocates felt answers were incomplete or political.

The protesters dwarfed a rally held by One Million Moms for Gun Control who were allowed to hold their event inside the capitol. [N.S.: If history is any indication, it was probably closer to One Hundred Moms for Gun Control.]
“If you read the Federalist Papers, the founders of the Constitution very clearly expressed their reasoning on why the Second Amendment was important,” Myles McKeone told the New York Daily News. “It was put in place to protect us from tyrannical government… It was very clear that this was the teeth of the Constitution.”
“Our governor has seen fit to try and restrict the rights we get by our Constitution,” Tracy Brundege told Newsmax. “We’re just not going to stand for it anymore.”
Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers traveled to the state. “This is the first place where they’ve had a law that’s actually passed in the wake of the shooting in Newtown, and so what happens here is going to happen all over the country if we don’t stop it,” he said.
[A real 21-gun, high cap mag salute to AFMTDR.]
Yeah, I'm happy for this resistance. But Western New Yorkers needed to resist and had grounds to resist on 100 different things based on 100 different and even more serious abuses of government power before now. Namely the black undertow in Buffalo. Yet, cricket level silence on that.
