Her, or a Texas Law That Can Send Her to Prison for 20 Years for It? (Updated)
“Brittni Colleps, 28, is charged with several counts, including deviate sex and improper relationship between educator and student. (MyFoxDFW.com)” Circa August 14, 2012.
This may be adding insult to injury, but I don’t find Brittni Colleps Rule 5 Draft material, especially for a 28-year-old, and I am only using the most flattering pictures I have of her, as opposed to her mug shots.
By contrast, prosecutor Elizabeth Beach, who tried the case, and must be at least 15 years older than Colleps, is hot! Here Beach is depicted in her role as TCU professor with some of her students. (Check her out in court, in the video below.) By the way, if the law in question applies to all “educator”-student sexual liaisons, how come we aren’t hearing of profs constantly going up the river for this crime? Note the mistake that Dallas-Fort Worth Fox affiliate reporter, Lari Barager, makes in the video below, of saying that the Texas law in question “does protect children,” and then says, “with those young boys.” C’mon, Ms. Barager, the law has nothing at all to do with “children,” or “young boys,” which is why it is crazy. The law makes it a crime for consenting adults to have sex, if one is the other’s teacher. And something tells me that that law will only be imposed, if the sex is heterosexual.
P.S. In that vein, it just occurred to me that Colleps was prosecuted for something that the U.S. Supreme Court struck down, in the case of a Texas law outlawing the same act when homosexuals do it, behind closed doors.

Texas jury sees video of teacher allegedly having sex with 4 students
August 15, 2012
FoxNews.com
A Fort Worth high school teacher is accused of having group sex with four teenagers while another student videotaped the act, MyFoxDFW.com reported.
Brittni Colleps, 28, a mother of three and former English teacher, used text messages to pursue five male students, prosecutors say. One teen said he and Colleps exchanged 100 text messages in one day during the spring of 2010. The messages got more heated and they eventually agreed to meet for sex, prosecutors charge.
"She said that she craved… that I had something that she wanted," the teen said. The teen said on one occasion, there were four teens and the teacher. The teens are considered adults, but the law protects students from a relationship with someone in a superior position.
"One of the boys, as will happen with high school seniors, had his cellphone with him," said the prosecutor, Elizabeth Beach. "And decided that this would be a good thing to get a clip of."
The alleged video was played for members of the jury, and Colleps looked away during parts of the screening. The cellphone video did not show Colleps' face, The Star-Telegram reported . The paper reported that the video showed a woman's back while engaging in intercourse with at least two students with others in the room.
A student pointed out a distinctive tattoo on the teacher's lower back.
Colleps is charged with several counts, including deviate sex and improper relationship between educator and student. She remained silent during her trial and the judge entered a not guilty plea. She faces up to 20 years in jail if convicted.
Her husband, Christopher Colleps, a soldier stationed at Louisiana’s Fort Polk, has previously said he will support his wife and that they will remain married.
Get a load of her husband. No wonder she craved something nasty. Unless it was to be more like her mother.
ReplyDeleteAs distasteful as I find this incident I also question the idea of criminalizing sex acts between people who are of legal age. Certainly it's inappropriate and I don't have a problem with her getting fired and maybe even banned from teaching. This is an example of a small minority of blue noses crafting laws to suit their own victorian agenda.
ReplyDeleteSome might claim the law is justified because of the power differential between student and teacher. Does that mean were going to criminalize a consensual relationship between adults when it's a boss and employee at work? There's a power differential there also.
There is so much politics involved in this story it's ridiculous to account. Before I begin, however, I'll say that I believe that any white woman who willingly has sex with negroes deserves a hell of a lot worse than five years.
ReplyDeleteNo, the state has no business prosecuting adults for sex acts that do not involve minors, unless such acts potentially lead to epidemics. "Students", i.e. "teens", i.e. "youths". i.e. "boys", are all pc descriptions of feral negroes.
When I watch her "husband" I cringe. It immediately becomes obvious why she behaved this way. In more sane times, say anytime in history prior to about 1970, THE HUSBAND would have been accountable. And it is obvious that in this case his lack of manhood was the responsible factor.
Don't blame the usual monkeys. Don't blame the stupid American female. In this case, blame the irresponsible crybaby husband who, as if by coincidence, thought he was serving his country by parading around the world in uniform. He cries like a baby because he is a baby.
Boy, oh boy, I cannot wait for the civil war; it cannot come soon enough!
ReplyDeleteI feel like a dope asking this, but where does one find out anything at all about Brinni's husband, Mr. Colleps? (A brief Goggle search of mine turned up next to nothing.)I'm not proud to admit that I want to know, but the truth is, I do.
ReplyDeleteI can scarcely imagine the shame of being Brittni's husband. It must be life-crushing, whatever her husband did or didn't do to provoke his wife's adultery.
offossi667what a disgrace to the white race and her husband to
