Judge Again Orders New Trials in Knoxville Horror: This is Not a Duplicate Posting (It Just Sounds Like One)!

Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood has again ordered new trials for the Knoxville Horror defendants. He hasn't replied to the recent Tennessee Supreme Court decision. No trial dates have been listed as of now.

That would be the same judge who, according to a prosecutor said, “Little birdies are putting thoughts in my head.”

N.S.: This insanity must end. The only thing I can see left is for the parents of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom to hold a press conference on the steps of the Knox County Courthouse, and make a direct appeal to the Tennessee Supreme Court to remove Judge Blackwood, and either make a direct ruling that the murder verdicts in the first three state trials stand, or install a judge whom the TSC members know will follow their decision. Since the TSC has already ruled that there is no basis for Judge Blackwood’s decision, he is going rogue, but last I noticed, county criminal court judges may not overrule the State Supreme Court.
