Second Arrest in PATCO Station Attack

PHILADELPHIA - Police say there has been a second arrest in another violent attack in Philadelphia caught on tape, this one at the PATCO station at Eighth and Market streets in Center City.

Video of the attack appeared on the website WorldStarHipHop.com.

The second arrest happened late Friday afternoon, after an initial arrest on Friday morning.

Police said earlier that they were looking for the man in this tape, identified as Timothy Williams, and held a warrant for him. Friday morning, police confirmed he's in custody.

Police said Williams is the one seen knocking out a victim, then jumping on him and going through his pockets.

Investigators are still searching for two others in connection witht he attack on the victim, who was a 22-year-old Haddon Heights resident.

The Delaware River Port Authority says one of its officers was on the platform at the time of the incident, but this attack happened on the second floor, outside the ticket reader at Eighth and Market.
