Just moments before he was fatally wounded in an unprovoked attack, a San Diego police officer performed one last act of kindness; he bought a child food while buying his own dinner….

Shortly after 5:30 p.m., Henwood was shot while sitting inside his patrol car at the corner of University Avenue and 45th Street….

Witnesses said a man pulled up on this side of Henwood’s vehicle and shot him with a shotgun in what officials say was an unprovoked attack.

Henwood passed away at Scripps Mercy Hospital at 1:42 a.m. on Aug. 7.

Henwood, who served with SDPD for four years, was assigned to the Mid-City Division.

He was also a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and had recently returned from deployment. During a memorial service in Point Loma on Aug. 12, Henwood was promoted to the rank of major.

The suspect in Henwood’s shooting, whom police have identified as Dejon Marquee White, 23, was killed by police after a standoff outside a City Heights apartment building almost an hour after Henwood was shot.

    It's impossible for me to find words to properly react to this story. I don't have the language skills. This man survived deployment overseas in active military conflicts and he came home here to be shot by a savage for no reason whatsoever. There's the contrast of him buying the kid a meal. I can't describe it adequately, but we are in something like hell in this country at present. God bless him and God damn these savage feral blacks.

    Around 15 years ago, I was watching the then NET channel, a conservative network founded by the late Paul Weyrich. The best show was "The Next Revolution," hosted by William Lind, who sometimes writes for The American Conservative magazine.

    Lind would start the show by reading relevant news stories. One night Lind noted a shooting of a police officer in Washington D.C. There had been several others.

    The scenario of the DC police killings was identical to the murder of Jeremy Henwood.

    Lind said, "These shootings of police officers are acts of war." One of Lind's favorite topics has been "Fourth Generation War." This was an example, he said.

    Yep, notice how mainstream media made no mention of the murderer's description. Instead, they try to twist this horrific crime into a success story. The white male cop and war hero gives a begging black kid money, then is killed by another black person just a few minutes later. Stop giving aid and feeling sorry or guilty.
