McDonald's: Video of the Racist Attack at a Franchise in Rosedale, Baltimore County, and Update

By Nicholas Stix

Previously: "The Reality of McDonald's 365Black Policy: Non-Hate Crime in a Baltimore County McDonald's."

Warning: The below video is extremely disturbing. Even I found it upsetting, and I deal with this garbage on a daily basis.

Upon returning to the LiveLeak site where I first read this story and saw the video, I found that there was additional linked text that I had not read:

outside into the parking lot. note: the male employees have disappeared from camera view, even though they are plenty well capable of stopping the attack.

At the end, the white victim is beaten until she has a seizure, at which point the camera operator warns the female attackers to flee, because the police are on the way. Note: he makes sure to repeatedly tell the criminal attackers to flee, instead of keeping them there for the police to apprehend.

4.19 pm EST UPDATE: response from Mc Donalds: "We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. McDonald’s strives to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter."

It had also not occurred to me initially that, as crimeblogger Nivius Vir observed, the attackers sought to drag the victim out of the restaurant, and into the parking lot, "so they could finish what they started." In other words, this is a case not merely of assault, but of attempted murder.

The good news:

Two black female suspects, ages 18 and 14, have been arrested; and

The McDonald's employee who filmed the attack, Vernon "Charm" Hackett, who repeatedly laughed while he watched, and then told the attackers to flee the crime scene, because police had been called, has been fired.

It was Hackett who had initially uploaded the video to his Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook pages. Soon thereafter, Youtube deleted Hackett's video, and he deleted his Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook pages, but the video had already gone viral, which was his original goal. That was before he realized that his bosses might not be so crazy about the idea.

Accessory Vernon "Charm" Hackett.

The Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office is considering hate crime prosecutions against the suspects. I am opposed to hate crime statutes as unconstitutional in a number of different ways, but if they are going to be kept on the books and enforced, then they must be enforced against non-whites, as well as against whites. (See my VDARE report, "What The Heretical 2 Case Says About The Federal 'Hate Crimes' Bill.")

The bad news:

The 14-year-old is being prosecuted as a juvenile; thus, if found guilty, she will receive minimal or no punishment;

The authorities haven't even decided yet how to prosecute the 18-year-old;

Vernon "Charm" Hackett, who acted as an accessory to the crime, has not been arrested, nor have Baltimore County prosecutors said anything about charging him; and

Baltimore County prosecutors are considering hate crime prosecutions against the suspects, because the victim is actually a surgically altered, male transvestite, Christopher Lee (aka "Chrissy") Polis, who has been referred to as a "transgender woman." That means that Baltimore County authorities are avoiding confronting the attack's racial character--as they do about a million times a year--and at the same time are considering increasing the political power of the insane, evil, homosexualist movement.

Christopher Lee (aka "Chrissy") Polis

My sympathy for the victim notwithstanding, in the real world there are no such things as "transgenders."

If I went around telling people that I'm "really" seven feet tall--please trust me when I tell you that I'm not quite that tall--the authorities would fit me for a strait-jacket. People who are born one sex, but insist that they are "really" the other one, are no less delusional. (I'm not talking here about the so rare as to be virtually non-existent case of hermaphroditism.) Getting one's sexual organs chopped off, and/or getting fake, non-functional organs created, via plastic surgery, merely multiplies the madness.

The Baltimore County State’s Attorney is Scott D. Shellenberger, who can be contacted here.

Initially, the local Baltimore Sun refused to report on the attack at all, but once its editors saw that they couldn't cover it up, they deigned to run a story, but refused to identify the respective races of the attackers and victim. In a story four days after the attack, the daily finally identified people's races, but buried that information in the 16th paragraph, long after most readers will have dropped the story. No matter; the Sun had by then condemned itself to irrelevance.

  1. For what it's worth, the perps may be in considerably more trouble with the victim being a "transgender woman" than they would have been if it was "only" a white woman. Furthermore, as you wrote, this will enable the Baltimore County authorities to avoid the racial nature of the assault. We can assume this is what they wanted to do anyway.

Will Vernon "Charm" Hackett be charged? It will probably depend on how far the authorities want to go.

  2. Good point. The fact it is trangendered is bad news for LaQueisha

  3. Nicholas, there is nothing delusional about someone whose brain is wired to be a gender that does not match the body.

Do you have friends who are trans? Have you even met any trans?

These people live a very difficult life and it takes a lot of work, a lot of investment and a lot of courage to change. Your viewpoint is only a shallow opinion without any scientific basis. Do some reading.

  4. David,

Though I fervently wish Scott Shellenberger would criminally charge Hackett, I believe such a prosecution would represent a first, and would require that he be quaking in fear of the power of the homosexual lobby. If he did, the sexual hatred that blacks from all walks of life would express against the victim would blow the phony homosexual-black alliance out of the water in Maryland, and would almost compensate for the travesty of charging this as a sexual hate crime. But we won't be so lucky. We're more likely to get the worst of both worlds: A dishonest, sexual hate crime prosecution of the 18-year old, Teonna Monae Brown, no serious prosecution of the 14-year-old, and no prosecution whatsoever of Hackett.

  5. Dear old, anonymous, savings-and-loan buddy, old pal,

"Nicholas, there is nothing delusional about someone whose brain is wired to be a gender that does not match the body."

That's what I keep telling those people who say my belief that I'm seven feet tall is "delusional"!

"Do you have friends who are trans? Have you even met any trans?"

    Ad hominem; you lose!

"These people live a very difficult life and it takes a lot of work, a lot of investment and a lot of courage to change. Your viewpoint is only a shallow opinion without any scientific basis. Do some reading."

You have nothing but sanctimony, ad hominem attacks, and baseless claims of "scientific" support on your side, yet you call my position "shallow"?

Which "scientific basis" would you be talking about? Would that be the science of 'we'll get you fired for disagreeing with us, you homophobic bastard!'? Or the science of 'we'll kill you for disagreeing with us, you homophobic bastard!'? Or the science of 'we'll terrorize your publisher, until he pulps your books for disagreeing with us, you homophobic bastard!'? I'm not aware of any other "scientific basis" supporting this particular delusion.

BTW, do you adopt the same superior tone when dealing with "gender is a social construct" people? Didn't think so. After all, they're your political allies. (And the same rhetorical question goes for the "gender is a social construct" people, when dealing with you and your "it's all genetic" friends.)

Anon, just so I don't come off as being too subtle: You're a liar. There's no science to support you. You and your comrades merely jump from one politically expedient framing device to another. Contradictions roll off you like water off a duck's back.

"Gender" is a linguistic concept at home in every European language, except for English. And yet, where was the myth of "gender" invented? In the Anglosphere!

You've succeeded at taking over higher education and the media, and now you're gunning for the American legal system. But if you win, you lose.

You've gotten this far because of the tolerance of white, heterosexual, Christian men. If you and your multicultural comrades succeed at destroying America, that McDonald's attack will be the daily living nightmare for most homosexuals in America, because your comrades not only have a genocidal hatred for you, but due to their privileging under multicult are empowered to act on that hatred.

You made your bed; I hope you enjoy sleeping in it.

  6. there is no such term as trangenders...thus transgenders don't exist. transgendered people do exist.Transgendered persons are not "it's" they are human beings.

    http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1015520-overview

Disorders of sexual development (DSD), formerly termed intersex conditions, are among the most fascinating conditions encountered by the clinician. The ability to diagnose these conditions has advanced rapidly in recent years. In most cases today, clinicians can promptly make an accurate diagnosis and counsel parents on therapeutic options. However, the paradigm of early gender assignment has been challenged by the results of clinical and basic science research, which show that gender identity development likely begins in utero. While the techniques of surgical genital reconstruction have been mastered, the understanding of the psychological and social implications of gender assignment has shifted the paradigm away from early reconstruction in some cases. This article focuses on newborn evaluation and the differential diagnoses in children with DSD, including children with ambiguous genitalia.
Classification of disorders of sexual development

Recently, the Lawson Wilkins Pediatric Endocrine Society (LWPES) and the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) have published proposed changes to the nomenclature and definitions of disorders in which the development of chromosomal, gonadal, or phenotypic sex is atypical. The rationale behind these proposals was to change the nomenclature to reflect advances in our understanding of the pathophysiology of these disorders while being sensitive to the needs and concerns of patients affected by them. Below are listed previous terminology and the revised nomenclature.

  7. Give me a freaking break. The kid who filmed the video knew that was a man at the time of the attack (because he worked the track near the McDonalds and came in there before that video) and according to police Christopher Lee Polis was "intoxicated" at the time. Have any of you ever worked in fast food or anywhere that has a bathroom by where prostitution goes on? With junkies doing all kinds of disgusting stuff in the bathrooms, using drugs and turning tricks and whatever else? He probably hated that guy and was glad he finally got beat up. If that had been a black man, it would have been the same exact thing. Its not about that guy being white or gay, its that he's a junkie prostitute that went into the women's bathroom. If it had been a Black crackhead dressed up as a woman it would have been the same thing!!!!
And to everybody acting like they don't understand why he doesn't belong in the freaking WOMEN's bathroom regardless of what he thinks he should be, whats to stop a straight man from putting a freaking wig on and going into the women's bathroom if some men can go in there?!!!

  8. "If I went around telling people that I'm "really" seven feet tall"

This is not even an accurate analogy to transgenderism. Transgendered people do not say they are "really" a different gender, they say that they SHOULD BE a different gender. The correct equivalent would be if you say you SHOULD BE seven feet tall, in the sense that you literally feel vertically cramped in your current body.

    "most homosexuals in America"

Moreover, gender identity and sexual orientation are two separate issues. Some transgendered people are homosexual, others are not, and the vast majority of homosexuals are not transgendered.

Face it; you wrote on the subject before learning about the subject. Like so many journalists who write sensationalist fluff pieces, you apply cartoon generalizations to what are difficult topics - be it race or gender - and then believe you know more about the topics than people who specialize in them or indeed who have lived through them.
