In October 2007, as tenured, Columbia University affirmative action empty professor of multicultural mishigass Madonna Constantine was about to get fired for plagiarism, a miracle occurred. A noose appeared on her door. Deus ex funi! It was those armies of Klansmen running amok on Columbia’s campus again!
Madonna "Noose Lady" Constantine
The race hoax bought Constantine another eight months, before Columbia got up the nerve to fire her. Earlier this year, Constantine sued, charging the school with an "academic lynching," and seeking $200 million.
(Granted, there is something odd about the very notion of plagiarism, where such anti-scholarship is concerned. In order to grasp what is in play, imagine the dumbest kid in class switching seats for a math test, so that he can sit next to, and cheat off of the second-dumbest kid. So, they each get a 2 out of a possible 100, instead of one getting a “2” and the other a “0.” However, the Constantine case is even weirder, in that she stole her students’ work!)
Columbia did its best to help in the noose hoax, by refusing to hand over the videotape of the hall outside of Constantine’s office, but eventually the authorities forced the school to hand over the tape, which was allegedly unhelpful. The media were also tremendously helpful, by acting as if we hadn’t already been down the same road 1000 times.
Columbia’s newest candidate to be a victim of a hate crime is affirmative action empty professor Lionel McIntyre. McIntyre, 59, is the director of Columbia’s “Urban Technical Assistance Program.” (All AA professors are “directors” and “chairs” and “deans,” and/or have endowed chairs.)
Lionel "Sucker-Punch" McIntyre
From “Prof busted in Columbia gal ‘punch,’” in yesterday’s New York Post:
Police busted Lionel McIntyre, 59, for assault yesterday after his bruised victim, Camille Davis, filed charges.
McIntyre and Davis, who works as a production manager in the school’s theater department, are both regulars at Toast, a popular university bar on Broadway and 125th Street, sources said.
The professor, who is black, had been engaged in a fiery discussion about “white privilege” with Davis, who is white, and another male regular, who is also white, Friday night at 10:30 when fists started flying, patrons said.
[Note the passive voice. According to witnesses, “fists didn’t start flying,” suggesting a bar fight; rather, McIntyre alone started throwing punches. And from the context of the story, McIntyre hadn’t been “engaged in a fiery discussion about ‘white privilege,’” with his alleged victims, but had insisted on browbeating them about so-called white privilege, as he previously had, a few weeks earlier. Then, when one or both of his white companions disagreed with him, he reportedly suckerpunched both of them. And nobody, neither victims nor witnesses, gave him a dose of his own medicine.]
McIntyre, who is known as “Mac” at the bar, shoved Davis, and when the other patron and a bar employee tried to break it up, the prof slugged Davis in the face, witnesses said.
“The punch was so loud, the kitchen workers in the back heard it over all the noise,” bar back Richie Velez, 28, told The Post. “I was on my way over when he punched Camille [Davis] and she fell on top of me.”
The other patron involved in the dispute said McIntyre then took a swing at him after he yelled, “You don’t hit a woman!”
“He knocked the glasses right off my face,” said the man, who would only give his first name as “Shannon.” “The punch came out of nowhere. Mac was talking to us about white privilege and what I was doing about it -- apparently I wasn’t doing enough.”
McIntyre had squabbled with Davis several weeks earlier over issues involving race, witnesses said. As soon as the professor threw the punch Friday, server Rob Dalton and another employee tossed him out.
“It was a real sucker punch,” Dalton said. “Camille’s a great lady, always nice to everybody, and doesn’t deserve anything like this.”
Does being a black affirmative action professor—if you’ll pardon the redundancy—at Columbia come with a certain limited number of sucker punches against whites as a perq, or is the school’s personnel rule, “All the whites you can cold-cock”?
Now, I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but having been sucker punched a few times by blacks (and once by a Puerto Rican) in New York, I know not to take my eyes off an aggressively obnoxious, racist black, man or woman. Then again, I don’t look for company with the likes of McIntyre.
When I taught college, if I had a student who was looking to create a violent situation, I either ordered him out of class, or got security to “escort” him out.
The last time I can recall a “discussion” like the one in the bar, was in 1986 or so. I had only recently come back from West Germany to attend grad school. Although I would consider myself a “liberal” until late ‘95 or early ‘96, and have occasionally had moments of cowardice in dealing with racist blacks (hey, I’m a coward at heart), I have never felt the slightest pang of white guilt. I could never afford it.
Three students—two average-to-smallish white guys, and a black guy who was about 6’3” (i.e., taller than me) got on board the Brooklyn-bound train in lower Manhattan near Union Square. They were coming from some sort of “anti-apartheid” teach-in at the New School attacking South Africa’s white government. (The three were plenty loud, and there weren’t many people in the car.) In spite of my personal experiences with black supremacy, based on my liberal upbringing, ignorance of Africa, and diet of media propaganda, I knew little about the reality of life there, especially regarding the racial terrorist Nelson Mandela, and had conventionally liberal views on white-dominated apartheid. But I was already familiar with blacks’ routine of using the pretext of condemning racism to racially harass whites, and would have nothing of it.
The black guy harangued the white guys, and they loved it. After a couple of stops, the white guys got off, and the black guy made a beeline for me.
Approaching me, he wore a friendly face, as I recall, as he started his harangue. I cut him off with something like, “I’m not interested,” and then I clearly recall saying, as I got up from my seat, “I’m walking away. Don’t follow me!”
He was shocked. I don’t think he was American.
Still, he could have sucker punched me. Back in those days, I still used to turn my back, and walk away. Experience (broken bones) has since taught me to back away, with my eyes on the other guy (white guys too, though they’re rarely a problem).
During the late 1980s, I had at least three instances, in different offices, in which black female colleagues race-baited me.
One sat down next to me, and truculently proclaimed, “You don’t know any black people”; a second charged me with “racism” for a completely innocuous remark; and a third black woman brought her child of about five to work, sent her down the hall to bother me at my desk all the time, and when I asked the mother to stop, the latter screamed at me in front of our female Irish director, “I’ll kick your white ass!”
I told the first two women never to talk to me again, and wrote a letter to the director in the third case. She did not respond directly, but the black woman stopped bringing her child to work.
Lionel McIntrye reportedly gave a non-apology in the passive voice, as if he had been a mere observer to the two sucker-punch assaults: “It was a very unfortunate event. I didn’t mean for it to explode the way it did.”
I’ll take that as his idea of a confession.
Reading between the lines of the heavily censored story in the Columbia Spectator student newspaper, McIntyre had been racially harassing people in the bar for over two years, and when he assaulted two patrons, no one called the police.
Daniel Morgan, a local resident on 123rd Street who said he has known both the offender and the victim for around five years from frequenting Toast…
… said he ran into Davis on the street on Saturday, when he saw her injuries from the fight. “Her right eye was closed from getting a beating. I told her, ‘We got to go to the 26th Precinct and report this immediately.’” According to Morgan, nobody in the bar on Friday night had made any calls to the police, and Davis did not initially report the assault because she was frightened.
“I told her, ‘You are not offending anyone. You were attacked,’” he said. Though he has seen McIntyre get vocal at the bar, Morgan said he had never seen McIntyre get violent.
He added, “What really pisses me off is that no one did anything about it.” Morgan said that he was not sure about what caused the fight, though he noted that, over the past two years, McIntyre has generally been involved in increasingly heated conversations in the bar.
Davis waited three days to inform the police, because, according to Morgan, “She was being pressured not to make waves.”
Nothing caused “the fight,” because there was no fight. There was simply one violent, privileged black man who figured that he could beat whites at will, who committed racially motivated assaults on two of them, and who faced no serious resistance from the patrons or staff at Toast.
McIntyre now needs for any or all of the following to happen:
1. “Find” a noose hanging from his office door knob;
2. “Find” racist graffiti on his office door and/or the wall next to it;
3. “Find” emails with racial epithets and death threats in his inbox, etc.
Two things “Mac” doesn’t have to worry about are white feminists and the media.
As Guy White predicted,
Not one feminist will come after this guy, just as they failed to out against OJ Simpson in 1994. As one liberal explained to me when I asked why it’s ok for college students to assault Ann Coulter, “but she’s a conservative!”White feminists can be relied on to never criticize a black man who brutalizes white women. White feminists are terrified of violent black men, couldn’t give a hang about real female victims, and in such situations seek out the nearest non-violent white man to terrorize.
In June 2000, when a predominantly black (the rest were Hispanic) gang of thugs terrorized and molested mostly white women in Central Park, following the Puerto Rican Day Parade, afterwards feminists attacked the police who were on duty nearby, because they were mostly white. (The police were on orders to keep their hands off of black and Hispanic miscreants.) Meanwhile, the MSM misrepresented the victims as being mostly black and Hispanic.
During the past decade, racist black rapists in Durham, North Carolina have targeted white coeds from Duke University, but have Duke’s hysterical feminists raised so much as a whimper in protest? Of course, not. Instead, for over an entire year, they terrorized three innocent white men on behalf of racist black stripper/prostitute/thief/attempted cop-killer Crystal Gail Mangum, and never apologized, when they were proven wrong.
[Postscript october, 5, 2024: I: Mangum graduated to a second attempted murder, of a black boyfriend, for which she was convicted, but was only sentenced to time served (virtually nothing), and to murdering a second boyfriend, for which she was convicted and sentenced to only 20 years in prison, which is where she presently is, but is unlikely to stay much longer. II: Since purging me, VDARE editor Peter Brimelow has killed the link to my expose, but you can access it here.]
And as my VDARE colleague James Fulford has shown, most of the media have suppressed the racial nature of McIntyre’s crime.
As for “white privilege,” as The Man of Nation of Cowards observed,
Oh, and you know all that “White privilege” stuff? The stuff for which he punched her? Hmmm, maybe “White privilege” means something different but it seems a different race has the privilege these days…
Who is this man, anyway? The Post’s lede opens, “A prominent Columbia architecture professor,” but in fact Lionel McIntyre not a professor of architecture, not a prominent professor, and not an academic in any real sense. He would more accurately be called a non-academic with a sinecure in community organizing (“the practice of community development”).
McIntyre’s entire, official Columbia “CV” (“curriculum vitae”; academic resume) follows:
Lionel McIntyre
Nancy and George Rupp Associate Professor in the Practice of Community Development and the Founding Director of the Urban Technical Assistance Project at Columbia University
Lionel McIntrye participated in the World Leaders Forum panel, Columbia University and the Global Sustainability Challege, in October 2008.
Lionel McIntyre is currently the Nancy and George Rupp Associate Professor in the Practice of Community Development and the director of the Urban Technical Assistance Project at Columbia University. Professor McIntyre received his BA from Dillard University in 1987 and his MS in urban planning from Columbia in 1988.
Lionel McIntyre was an honorary fellow at the Municipal Arts Society from 1989 to 1990. He also held the position of director of the Graduate Program in Urban Planning at Columbia University from 1993 to 1999. Currently, Professor McIntyre teaches courses in community development.
From the mid-1960s to the mid-1970s, Professor McIntyre worked in civil rights and labor organizing in the deep South. His international experience began with travel abroad in 1972 as co-liaison for the first "People to People Friendship Delegation" to the People's Republic of China and conducted a subsequent study tour in 1979. Other experiences in the international community have included planning studios in Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and South Africa. He also served as director of planning for the Harlem Urban Development Corporation from 1989 to 1994 and advisor to the president of Columbia University on community development and the Empowerment Zone. He created the organizational structure for the preparation of the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone (EZ) application and co-authored the strategic plan for Harlem's EZ.
Professor McIntyre's present efforts are focused on the development of the Urban Technical Assistance Project as an urban extension center, providing urban planning and design services to communities through the application of advanced technologies and urban expertise.
That’s two show-no jobs—i.e., two pay checks entailing no work—followed by a whole lot of nothing. McIntyre is 59 years old. If he were a real professor, his CV would cite courses he had taught, articles and books he’d authored, scholarly papers he’d presented. (When I taught college, I published articles and presented papers all the time.)
McIntyre has no academic or scholarly background. In his twenties and thirties, he was a racist, communist organizer, picked up a bachelor’s degree from a third-rate, black school, and a quickie, gift AA master’s degree that Columbia gave him after one year. He was then given one phony, show-no, AA job after another. Indeed, it appears that Columbia had already decided to sponsor McIntyre, and threw him the phony M.S. degree to rationalize hiring him to a cushy, show-no job. All the man does is hang around bars and terrorize, and now assault white people. Do Columbia’s predominantly white students’ parents know that this is what they are paying for with their tuition checks?
Columbia got what it wanted: It wanted a racist, communist thug, McIntyre had the CV of a racist, communist thug, and he has proved himself thus. He’s thus earned his street cred, and Columbia’s faith in him has been repaid. Who says “due diligence, diversity-style” doesn’t work?
Meanwhile, better get to work on those "racist" e-mails, Mac.
Boyce Watkins, professor at Syracuse, says he can understand, and reveals he doesn't drink because he fears releasing his repressed angry, violent, anti-white urges. He also claims these violent anti-white urges are universally shared among black graduate students and academics.
ReplyDeleteWhat's a 'show-no'?
ReplyDeleteDuring the beginning of your post, I assumed Lionel McIntrye's victim was a man: I was wrong!
ReplyDeleteMs. Davis should wage war against him in the courtroom.
How any man could stand by idly, and do nothing, is beyond my comprehension. I assumed all decent men were properly programed to react immediately to such a cowardly act.
You make a great point about the feminists, Nicholas. They will say nothing because they have been browbeaten into submission to blacks, like so many others.
Thanks for informing people about this.
Van:
ReplyDeleteBoyce Watkins: “It's not that black scholars dislike their white colleagues, it's that many of us are tired of being thought of as second-class citizens. If any black Ph.D. student or professor says they haven't thought about jumping over someone's desk and ‘whooping ass’ at least once, they're telling a lie. Some of us hold in the frustration until we die of heart disease. Some of us submit ourselves to the system and become groveling Sambos, while many black scholars simply leave academia altogether. Either way, there is as much frustration for black scholars in America as there is within nearly every other profession dominated by whites….
“So Lionel McIntyre wasn't just punching a colleague at Columbia; deep down, he may have been throwing a blow at his academic slave master. McIntyre certainly went overboard, but no one enjoys the plantation.”
Boyce Watkins is a racist liar who enjoys incredible privilege, without any demonstrable talent or integrity. He gets paid a full-time professor’s salary and benefits, gets paid for articles and books, and for what? For being a professional racist and liar. Meanwhile, when I taught college in the New Jersey state system (1993-1994?), I got paid $6.75 per hour ($27 per classroom hour, plus three prep hours) before taxes and transportation, the latter of which ran $8 or $9 per day, and no benefits or job security.
I’m sure that many—but not all—black graduate students and Ph.D.s have had the fantasies that Watkins ascribes to them, but the fantasies are a reflection of their racism, not of their suffering under white racism. But Watkins’ talk of “groveling Sambos” is a racist lie. And the tenured black “scholars” who leave academia are few and far between.
The blacks who are admitted to grad school and given professorships are typically not only intellectually unqualified, but morally unfit, as well. For examples of such unfitness, one need look no further than Madonna Constantine, Lionel McIntyre and Boyce Watkins, but the list could stretch into the thousands. Meanwhile, America’s greatest black scholar, Thomas Sowell, an old Marine who is quite a man, as well, is unwelcome on campuses as a professor or as a speaker.
Ain’t that a kick in the head?

That's a job where you have to show up, but don't have to do any work.
I agree, Nicholas.
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing this out:
"there is as much frustration for black scholars in America as there is within nearly every other profession dominated by whites"
Translation: blacks can't be satisfied unless they "dominate" everything.
I wonder when this colleague of McIntyre is going to weigh in on the case?
Thanks for your kind words, Niv.
ReplyDeleteLet us hope that Davis doesn’t yield to the pressure being exerted on her to back down.
“How any man could stand by idly, and do nothing…”
It’s New York, Niv. But it’s all political, not general, as in it depends on the respective races. Black women casually assault white men every day, knowing that if the man hits them back, every black and Hispanic man in the vicinity will beat the white man to a pulp. (That’s not chivalry, but racism and opportunism.) But black men can slug white women without such fears. First of all, most black American men have no sense of chivalry. Second, most black women hate white women, especially a white woman in the company of a black man, so they won’t mind. And while young feminist followers may be brainwashed (your point), the leaders are political whores. And as I said, white feminists in general are terrified of violent black men.
Another aspect of feminism: The emasculation of white men. And no man is more emasculated than a white, New York, academic “male.” That’s why feminists feel so safe shrieking that white academic “males” are privileged agents of “the patriarchy.” And the white men at that bar were all academics.
Second, most black women hate white women, especially a white woman in the company of a black man, so they won’t mind. --Nicholas
ReplyDeleteSorry, but your comment here is beyond stupid. You cannot possibly know what most black women are thinking. Even when one has experience with the black female collective (which you don't have), he/she can only assume. I won't jump on the anti-Semitic bandwagon that all or most Jews are liars because you are.
Black women casually assault white men every day, --Nicholas
One could easily say that Jews casually assault children everyday. We can make up all kinds of nonsense (like you did).
Only the gullible would fall for your nazi-like propaganda.
Hi lormarie,
ReplyDeleteHow does the death of Anne Pressly make you feel? How about the Knoxville Horror?
If you've been reading about these cases, you certainly know that there are plenty of people who are willing to step forward and defend the black racists who committed these miserable crimes, even to the point of portraying the guilty as the victims.
So please allow me to step forward and defend Mr. Stix. I personally think he's a reasonable guy. But a decent person (of any race) can't read about crimes like these, know what it's like to be assaulted from one's own experience, and then not wonder at all about what's wrong with the way some blacks treat whites in this country. If Mr. Stix seems a little unfair, please try not to judge him too harshly. Please try to put yourself in his shoes.
I'll put things more plainly. Some of us white people hate to see our sisters and brothers savagely raped, tortured and killed. We also don't think we deserve to sucker-punched on the street or in bars, verbally insulted, etc. For what it's worth, I have experienced these same things (thankfully only on occasion in the past), so I know what it feels like. To me, Mr. Stix's words are not propaganda.
You might not believe this, but I would greatly prefer not to be suspicious or angry with blacks, Hispanics, Muslims, or any other group of people. But when members of such groups proclaim their hate for others (like whites) and act on it, it's hard to put aside my survival instincts. Please forgive me, but I don't think too clearly when when radical Hispanics or Muslims say they want to destroy America, or when I hear about blacks taking joy in hurting innocent white people.
A kind word or two from good, decent blacks about Anne Pressly's murder or the Knoxville Horror would do a lot to alleviate the anger and suspicion of whites who are aware of these crimes. lormaire, do you know of any that we might read? Mr. Stix, other readers, and myself would really like to hear a sane, intelligent black person denounce these criminals and their crimes.
I'm almost done, but I'll make a final point or two. The torturer-rapist-murderers who destroyed the lives Anne Pressly, Channon Christian, and Christopher Newsom (along with those of their families) are far more worthy of your anger than Nicholas Stix.
If you can't understand any of this, may God help you.
jeigheff,
ReplyDeleteFirst I'd like to thank you for being honest and even a bit nice in your response. You said:
"If Mr. Stix seems a little unfair, please try not to judge him too harshly. Please try to put yourself in his shoes."
I'm sorry, but he deserves to be judged harshly. He's demonizing an entire race of people so he can't complain when the same happens to him or his people.
How do I feel about Anne Presley?
On my own blog, I've written about about her murder as well as the Knoxville atrocity. I'm also familiar with the Witchita massacre that happened many years ago. What you should understand is that rape, murder, torture, etc happens to people of all races. It isn't fair of you or anyone else to ask blacks to account for crimes against whites when we are in fact victims of the same. In fact, blacks are victims of black crime more often than whites are.
Are you aware that whites are murdered by whites at a higher rate than they are killed by blacks? Yet, you would all prefer to focus on blacks.
lormaire, do you know of any that we might read? --jeig
You can search my blog, lashawn Barber's or any ultra-conservative leaning black blog. However, understand that I owe no apology for those crimes since I did not commit them (just as you owe no apology to me for crimes commited against blacks). The only response you should expect from me is horror and outrage...that I give willingly.
are far more worthy of your anger than Nicholas Stix.--Jeif
I'm sorry but Mr. Stix is deserving of my anger since he implies that I (and most women like me) hate white women enough that we are not outraged when they are punched, raped, etc. Those things happen to black women daily so it's only logical that we are outraged when it happens to other women. Those are tactics used by nazis.
For you to even ask a question like this is an unintended (I hope) insult:
How does the death of Anne Pressly make you feel? How about the Knoxville Horror?--Jeig
They were all raped and tortured. Do you view me as a human being? If so, how do you think it makes me feel?
If you can't understand any of this, may God help you.--Jeig
Again, thank you for being nice. But if you can't understand that most blacks are not walking around expressing joy at hurting whites, then God help you.
Perhaps you should read less of Stix's blog since it is obviously a negative influence. Seriously, seek out those who don't deny that anti-white hate crimes exist but are still level-headed.
The CV of the sucker punching professor reminds me of the CV of the person living in the White House. Fortunate that person will be moving on to greener pastures to the north. The sucker puncher will replace him, of course.
ReplyDeletehttp://barackobamaforpm.blogspot.com/2008/09/its-not-just-wardrobe-its-new-day-in.html
These may actually be good developments. The more grotesque the injustices the more likley it is that white males will snap out of their stupor.
ReplyDeletehere's hoping.
To Lormarie: "...whites are murdered by whites at a higher rates than they are killed by blacks." So what? Like all apologists for black criminality you can't comprehend the concept of probability. Whites tend to live and interact with other whites. That's why most whites killed by other whites. It's still much safer to be around whites than to be around blacks. Every year millions of humans are harmed by other humans and only a few are harmed by sharks. Does it mean that humans shouldn't be educated about the danger of sharks? Does it mean that swimming in shark infested waters is safer than in a public pool?
