"Her" refers to Boyce Kametra Lee, a black supremacist who claims to be a nurse at prairie state college in chicago, and who has bragged of committing premeditated, racially-motivated, hate crime murders against White patients.

    Another slur for Whites: "clear specimens". Blacks have a lot of them but that's the first time I've heard that one.

    Even if they discover she's murdered White patients and manage to convict her of something, media will downplay or ignore the race hate crime angle. Just like they did with Darrell Brooks. Guaranteed.
