A lot of crimes,in Grand Rapids,the cops and media report "an incident,a shooting,a murder"--then you never hear about it again--no info about the vic,the specific area or murder weapon.Of course they never i.d. or catch the perp--they have no clue who it is--especially if it's a blackie perp in a black police chief run city.
