    In the U.S.,they've replaced Whitey(at the top)with blacks in our big cities.As I've pointed out,in Baltimore,most recently,when the bridge collapsed,the people in charge of fixing things were White.

    At the pressers:black mayor,black police chief,White Fema--who know engineering.The same in natural disasters.
