    Aesop's writings have survived over 2500 years--it's that possible?

    As Johnny Carson might say,"I did not know that ."

    Of course I knew of Aesop,but never knew when he was around--600 b.c.

    I always believed Aesop was Greek,though wikipedia tried to describe him as black(Ethiopian).

    That is difficult to believe.
