That same pattern of behavior. Dark-skinned persons [hispanics in this case] enslaving other dark-skinned persons. Rather lenient sentences for a rather severe crime.

Government prosecutors are paid the same rather they go to trial or not -- it's a lot easier to just offer a low sentence in exchange for a guilty plea -- most judges don't care; it's also easier for them to just go along.
Correct. 95 of all convictions are a plea deal. Court system would breakdown otherwise. Tells you how much crime USA.
