Fourth Suspect Arrested in Shooting Death of 11-Year-Old Davon McNeal, Police Say

McNeal was killed on July 4 as he attended a peace cookout organized by his mother, a violence interrupter. Davon was reportedly running to get his mom's phone charger when gunfire erupted and he was caught in the crossfire.

N.S.: Civilian "violence interrupters"? That makes about as mucvh sense as demanding thqat police "de-escalate" conforntations. You "interrupt" violence the same way you "de-escalate": With a Glock and some handcuffs.
