The Stix, 21-Minute-a-Day Workout Regimen


In the morning, I yell at my kid for five minutes, and then at The Boss for five minutes.

At mid-day, I stand and press my butt cheeks together 12 times.

At night, I yell at my kid and at The Boss for another five minutes each.

If you have multiple kids and/or spouses, this may pose a problem. You’ll have to split the yelling periods, which could result in your being guilty of child and/or spousal neglect.
