Fox News reported that according to multiple sources, Jorge Rios is an illegal alien from Honduras. He was charged with murder, kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault. Investigators were able to identify Rios after reviewing surveillance footage of the park — he was arrested at a local diner on Sunday.
