But this week marks the 35th anniversary of one of the most significant court decisions, and it wasn't limited to just Texas — the Plyler vs. Doe ruling that states cannot deny undocumented students access to a free public education.

"These children graduated and went on to open up businesses and become part of the gears of the Texas Miracle of the '90s to this decade."

You see all the court rulings that have caused the dissolution of the country, bit by bit. This one certainly, gay marriage and many more. The hope is,someday the cases get heard by a more conservative court and gets reversed. But then you hear those two latin words.
"Stare decisis".To stand by a decision.
Unfortunate that our Supreme Court shows such respect for previous Court rulings--usually liberal rulings at that--to be unable to take up cases which were politically motivated in the first place..The historical trend of the S.C.is to be less tough on law enforcement--like illegal immigration. What do we gain by attempting to educate illegal aliens? We can't even educate our native born blacks?
All you can do is shake your head at the waste of money and loss of our identity as a country.

Those words are forgotten. when the Supreme Court made that decision they had the idea in mind of one or two kids here or there in class. NOT millions.
