When one reads this mans biography, it certainly is interesting. He is an atheist billionaire who finances various liberal causes. It may be his business how he spends his money, but financing a riot is dam treason.
He might be liable to law suit in civil court. Same as was Tom Metzger. Helping to establish a climate that led to crimes being committed.
Isn't "fomenting/inciting unrest/riots" a criminal offense, other charges would be "conspiracy", "mayhem", etc. Why is this evil old man untouchable?
