  1. King was a very violent ex con no less than four times went after the cops to attack them. He suffered injuries but those were from falling and not being hit in the head with the baton. All those baton strikes were directed against other parts of the body to disable the man without doing serious damage to the head.

  2. King had been locked away in prison after pistol whipping a convenience store owner during a robbery. The owner cooperated with King and his accomplices and was beaten nonetheless by King.

  3. Federale is correct. If you can talk you can breathe. If you cannot breathe you cannot talk. Garner was talking but perhaps was having TROUBLE breathing. And the paramedic at the scene offered help but Garner just lay there face down.

  4. Where can i find the whole garner video? Im tired of seeing all the media bs and want to see the whole video before i make judgement
