Defendant Testifies: Fear Ignited Shooting in Trespasser's Death

Kevin Beeler said he feared for his life when he fatally shot 21-year-old Stewart Lee Williamson outside his Knoxville home in April, 2006. But Beeler didn't intend to kill him, he said.

    In almost all locales the mere possession of a firearm during a confrontation BY LAW says the intent is to kill.
