This article ticks all the boxes concerning the murder of a 60-year-old Orthodox rabbi from Brooklyn named Joseph Raskin.

Raskin was "confronted by two young men. Following an altercation, Raskin was shot by one of the men, police said."

The police spokeswoman said "At this time there is no indication of a hate crime," and "She said police are searching for two young male suspects, one of whom may fled on a bicycle. The other may have run from the area."

The Florida director of the ADL said it "appears to be a robbery that went badly."

There were witnesses who said Raskin "had no altercation with the young men" and "was shot immediately after the two approached him on Northeast 175th Street."

Although there were several eyewitnesses, no description is given of the suspects.
