"a war has erupted on the streets of America, and it is going to end with martial law in major U.S. cities by Michael Snyder" | theeconomiccollapseblog.com

If it isn't by November of this year,it won't happen for a while.

Well after watching multiple videos of the Pretti confrontation with ICE,I have questions.
ReplyDelete1)Why was the woman pushed by ICE? Any reports of what the exchange was between the woman and agents BEFORE the pushdown would add context to what was happening.
2)What was Pretti saying(if anything)? He was taking video and the release of the video will tell a lot. Were threats made by Pretti?
3)IF he was quietly standing there videotaping and went to help the pushed woman--and that's all--he shouldn't have been jumped. ICE should have left him alone, unless we hear evidence indicating he was a threat.
4)While on the ground,Pretti's semi-automatic weapon was removed--then apparently,he was shot. ICE shouldn't have felt a threat after taking Pretti's gun--UNLESS,he made a move,as if to pull another one(whether having an actual weapon or not).
5)He had a concealed carry permit, but in these fast moving moments,no one checks to see if Pretti does or not--they saw a gun and reacted(overreacted?)
6)Planning to protest a LEGAL invader removal operation, that American voters approved of,has to be thoroughly considered before making a trek to such an area--as follows: Is my presence there necessary? What's the purpose of my being in an area where ICE is working? If the purpose is to obstruct, fight with, throw rocks at,verbally villify and threaten, you do so at great risk. Going to observe or record is a worthless endeavor. Bringing a gun--with extra ammo--may be misinterpreted--to say the least.
That said,I can say--unless other evidence comes out--Pretti should have been left alone,in the first place--and not shot--based on the early information and video I have viewed.
If he was smart,he wouldn't have been there in the first place.

"Martial law?" Today's news is that President Casper-the-Friendly-Ghost had "a nice phone call" with Walz (like the nice talk he had with Communist Man-damn-me?), and is sending the moronic-looking Homan into Minneapolis to handle the situation. That'll show them!
ReplyDeletePriorities: the "President" had more to say about the upcoming Super Bowl than about the situation in Minneapolis.
Here's a post from James O'Keefe, if anyone cares:

For some reason, his reporting isn't given play anywhere that I can find.

ReplyDeleteGOT HIS KNEE IN FRONT OF ANOTHER BULLET--HE'LL LIVE
(Ny post)A (black) was shot dead after a night out in the Bronx celebrating his 43rd birthday, according to cops and a report.
Keon Gill, 43, was fatally shot in the chest and an unidentified 35-year-old man was shot in the knee after the festivities at West 242nd Street and Broadway in Riverdale at about 2:50 a.m., cops and a report in the Daily News said.
A relative told the Daily News it was an attempted robbery, describing Gill as a “dedicated father” and a husband. Gill lives in Middletown, New York, according to authorities.
(GRA:So why wasn't he home with the fambilee at 2:50 in the morning?)
The two victims were rushed by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital, where Gill was pronounced dead. The unidentified 35-year-old he was with is in stable condition, according to authorities.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is still ongoing, police said.
GRA:Shamdani is probably saying,"HEY--by MY count,no murders yet in nyc this year!"

ANOTHER OPINION ON THE PRETTI/ICE INCIDENT
ReplyDelete(Jonathan Turley)There remain legitimate questions about this shooting. The videotapes do not show, as suggested in early accounts from the federal government, that Pretti approached the officers brandishing a weapon.
Pretti does not obey the commands of the officers in returning to the middle of the road during their operation. However, he did not appear threatening until after the officer pushed him to the side of the road. At one point, he appears to shove the officer as he tries to assist a woman who was pushed to the ground.
What happens next is hard to determine. There is a video that suggests that an officer may have removed his weapon from its holster just before another officer yells “gun.” It is hard to see Pretti’s hands and we do not know what happened in that split second. We may get a better idea as new videotapes emerge.
Law enforcement officers do not expect blind deference on shootings. However, they have a right to expect a fair chance for an investigation to hear their side of a shooting — not a governor or a mayor rushing before cameras to effectively accuse them of murder.
At this point, it may not matter. Only the mob matters. Minneapolis Brian O’Hara explained: “even if there is an investigation that ultimately proves that at the time of the shooting it was legally justified, I don’t think that even matters at this point, because there just- there is so much outrage and concern around what is happening in the city.”
GRA:Sounds like a fair analysis.

I haven't watched the videos but someone said the gun he had was a cheap Chinese import that could have discharged accidentally.
DeleteOnce upon a time the police were allowed to shoot anyone who made a threatening motion toward them, just as they could shoot a fleeing suspect. No one cared or complained about a criminal being killed (except the radical element, which back then was a small percentage of the population). I've said that one reason old movies and TV shows are suppressed is because the Powers That Be don't WANT people to see how life used to be, especially how law enforcement USED to work when it was allowed to function properly.

PRETTI'S GUN IDENTIFIED;HIS EX-WIFE SAYS,"HE LIKED TO BE AT PROTESTS--AND HAD AT LEAST ONE GUN."
ReplyDeleteThe gun appears to be a Sig Sauer AXG Combat 9mm, which runs about $1,200-$1,400.
Pretti’s ex-wife told the AP he got a concealed carry permit approximately three years ago and owned “at least one” pistol at the time of their separation.
She also said, they've been divorced for two years and his being at the demonstrations,"is exactly who he is. He liked attending protests and raising his voice--especially at authority--when he felt they were being unfair."
GRA:I wonder if he protested mandatory COVID vaxxes.

He had an "ex-wife"? Glad you found that- I google-searched "Is Pretti gay?" (he was a "male nurse", after all) and the silence was suspiciously deafening. There was a reference to him being a vocal LGBT "supporter", which figures.
DeleteThe Gargle results were uniformly far-far-left and supportive of the protesters and against ICE; why are there complaints about Wikipedia all the time but not this "resource"? El Presidente should have shut them down ages ago.

Married(to a woman)does not exclude him being a queer. Maybe that's why they got divorced. Rachel Canoun is her name.

Here's the full post from President Muffley.... er, Trump:

If T. were President in 1941:
"I just had a very good talk on the phone with Prime Minister Tojo, very productive... We discussed the regrettable incident at Pearl Harbor, and he promised it wouldn't happen again... He's going to make every effort to identify those responsible... We all want a peaceful solution... Also, I asked him to speak to that Hitler fellow and see if he could tone it down a bit... Having lunch with Neville Chamberlain later to discuss the matter. Sent my regards to the Emperor.
Only 4 more months till Spring Training- can't wait to see how the Yankees are going to be doing next season!"

"I will raise tariffs to 1000% on Germany and Japan unless..."

Thanks, GRA.
DeleteActually...
"On July 26, 1941, President Franklin D. Roosevelt froze all Japanese assets in the U.S. and implemented a strict oil embargo, halting over 80% of Japan’s oil supply
. This was retaliation for Japan's occupation of French Indo-China. The sanctions forced Japan to choose between abandoning its expansionist policies or seizing resources in Southeast Asia, leading directly to the attack on Pearl Harbor. "
That's how FDR manipulated Japan into attacking us so we could go to war and rescue the Communists from Hitler.

The Farkle Family is in my Bookmarks. Michael Snyder was among the casualties in the purge of '25. Faith, Farkle, and some timely investment choices, '26 is off to a good start and whatever Trump gets right is a bonus.
