Investigators say he also had two guns in his possession.A second victim, a 36-year-old male, arrived at the hospital by private vehicle, where he later died.Police say at least 11 shots were fired during the incident, and one vehicle was also struck by gunfire.They believe both men were shot in the same area.(GRA:The head?
