KENTWOOD, Mich. — A Kentwood woman has been charged in an August collision that led to the death of a 12-year-old Ottawa County boy.
Magdalena Vail Molina, 43, is accused of driving on a suspended, revoked or denied license causing death, a felony, and lying to police, a 2-year misdemeanor.

Kent County Jail records show Molina is also being held without bail by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The criminal charges stem from an August 17 accident at Poinsettia Avenue and Edsel Street SE, a block south of 44th Street and several blocks from Molina’s home.
Isaac Michael Rose was riding an electric scooter west on Edsel when he reportedly missed a yield sign at Poinsettia and entered the intersection.
A neighbor told News 8 Molina was northbound on Poinsettia when she struck Isaac, who died four days later after he was removed from life support at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital.
ICE did not confirm Molina's status, but their usual policy is for a convicted criminal to serve their sentence before deportation.
GRA:Pointsettia and Edsel is a pretty nice area,in Kentwood, which is part of the Grand Rapids zip code, yet this illegal is living there(with other illegals,no doubt)--what's ICE doing about THEM(the rest of the spics)? You have to believe there are many more invaders around as well--with no license--and especially--no insurance. One cockroach discovered, many more around.
And how are they living in a decent neighborhood anyways?
