I first saw the story on abc noise,I believe on Wednesday. They acted dumbfounded about WHO would do such a thing in Oakland?
Beam's conditon was mentioned but the fact that he appeared on some tv show was their main point.
Thursday came and there was an update of "no change in his condition"--and the stupid act again by Muir--"who and why?"
Friday, he's dead and a name given of the perp. Cedric Irving--as black a name as there is. No pic.
I googled it and there were plenty on-line.
Another race cover-up by abc noise:"Shhhh, the killer of this White coach was black."
Why even report it,if you're going to do it half-assed?

o.j. sIMPSON ESTATE "AGREES" TO DIG UP $58 MILLION AND FORK IT OVER TO THE GOLDMANS:LAWYERS DOUBT FULL PAYMENT WILL HAPPEN
GRA:Now that over 30 years have passed since o.j. simpson slaughtered two White people and almost that long since a civil lawsuit ordered "the juice" to pay millions to the Goldman family(raised to $58 mill in 2021),another judge is giving it the old college try to have the ruling enforced. Too bad Fred and family had to wait until old age to see some progress.
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – The estate of O.J. Simpson has agreed to pay the father of Ron Goldman nearly $58 million, according to court documents filed in Las Vegas on Friday.
Simpson, a football star and celebrity acquitted of the 1994 murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman, died on April 10, 2024, in Las Vegas at the age of 76.
In 1997, a California judge found Simpson liable for their deaths in a civil case and ordered him to pay the families $33.5 million. In 2021, a Las Vegas judge ordered Simpson to pay the Goldmans nearly $58 million.
After Simpson’s death, Fred Goldman filed a creditor’s claim against the estate in Clark County District Court. The total consists of the balance and interest, none of which Simpson nor his estate has ever paid.

A probate judge is overseeing a case to settle parts of Simpson’s estate and trust. That case involves the auctioning off of personal items.
The estate approved the judge’s nearly $58 million figure, plus interest, documents said.
“The executor will continue to work with Claimant Goldman on a more accurate accounting of interest accumulation based on the variable rate nature of the Nevada judgment interest computation, either through a stipulation or a petition for compromise,” documents said.
Simpson’s death certificate said he died from prostate cancer, which metastasized to his bones. The document said he had cancer for a year.
The next court date in the probate case was scheduled for January.
GRA:One lawyer, interviewed on abc noise, doubted full payment would ever take place. Supposedly, not much of the estate is left--according to some sources for various outlets
"Another way for the Simpsons to say,"WE AIN'T GOT NO MONEY."
Spent it all.
