Fairfax county, Virginia was almost lily-White 40 years ago.
Then changing demographics changed everything.
Pham and Garcia. There's a match made in hell--which is any city with more than a few of each group(throw in the blackies and muzz too.)

Indeed, I moved to Fairfax County exactly 40 years ago, in November 1985. Today it might as well be called H-1B County, so high is the concentration of tech industry guest workers from India. Yes, this demographic shift has changed quite a few things.
