    I want to do what's best for the Somali diaspora, I really do.
    USA autism rate 969 per 100k according to this site
    But that Twin Cities epidemic of autism! Must be well over 1000 per 100k locally.
    It won't help to send them back to Somalia: Somalia autism rate is 948 per 100k
    But Brazil! Merely 525 per 100k
    So we send them all to Brazil and presto, the rate will be cut in half.
